This is really good hotel to stay. All staff and service is excellent. Rooms are nice and cozy. The main thing I want to mention is, the food at their restaurant is really tasty. Breakfast and dinner was really good and enjoyed by children also.

Terrible experience. Dont trust the local guide reviews. There were blackouts the first night and I didn't have hot water for 2 days even after complaining to the staff. They also canceled our reservation an hour before arriving (and we'reinternational travelers), presumably to book someone else then the manager denied canceling our reservation despite an email saying that they had canceled on us. They also charge extra for water, which is ridiculous. The heat does not work in the room either. The breakfast buffet has 3-4 dishes and it's not very good. When we had dinner he told us not to talk about the price too loudly (I guess he was charging more for other groups?) Super shady. Just skip this place and book somewhere else.

Stayed for 2 nights and was booked through a travel agency. Mediocre location average hotel. The rooms had very dim lights and we could easily spot dust everywhere. Decent amenities, and good food and service is a highlight.

One of the best hotel in Jaipur in mid budget...Staff was very much coperative and the room was neat and clean. Food was also delicious and the room service was prompt... Suggested for everyone to stay.

Iam very happy with this hotel which was booked by our travel planner "Royal Voyage" . The hotel is in center from all the tourist places so it was easy to reach. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious and rooms were very comfortable, even the food was tasty and had a homely feel. Most of all, the staff, receptionist and the GM, Mr. Abdul Hamid were very helpful, friendly and polite. There behaviour and way of handling the guest is really appreciated. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to come to Jaipur.
