Hotel Laxmi Villa Palace

Worst hotel one could ever stay in 1. We tried calling them to ask for early checkin, firstly they didn't pick call and then the number wasn't reachable. So we reached hotel directly where they charged 300 for 3hrs Even though it was mentioned on Goibobo booking that complimentary early checkin. 2. Firstly they've given a key of the room where someone was already staying. Upon opening the door I saw the luggage. Luckily people were not there in the room at that time (breach of privacy) 3. Then they've given another room key where the room was too smelly and dampness all over the walls. 4. The tube light & AC of the room was also not working. Also it doesn't have a TV. Upon complaining they changed the room. 5. In third room finally we stayed. In this room also there was dampness. There was no water for half a day in washroom. 6. There was a big layer of dust in table and bed. 7. They used to turn off the AC from reception multiple times a day and turn it on only when we call them or visit reception. 8. Multiple times when we asked for RO water their worker said RO is not working and we need to purchase packaged water When I asked manager he said there is no problem with RO and he sent the water later on. 9. For our 3days of stay no one came for room cleaning and even the plates of the food we ordered remain in the passage as they didn't picked it up from there as well. 10. The window of the room was broken and hot air was coming from there constantly. We were in fear what if a bird comes in. 11. Many of the switches of the rooms were either not working or broken. 12. Room lock wasn't working when tried to lock from outside. Every time we go out we need to spent 10-15mins to lock the door. 13. On last day someone tried to open our door from outside multiple times early in the morning. It's good that we used the latch on door. It's a big safety concern. 14. Most of the time they do not pick the call on reception and the given mobile number also remains busy. 15. The wifi of the hotel was too slow to connect and even watch videos. We had to connect laptop to the mobile hotspot to work.

Worst hotel.. dirty rooms very poor service. We booked a super deluxe room, the room was medium sized with two fans from which one wasn't working. Food service was very slow, you will get a cup of tea in 45 minutes. They don't have their own kitchen, no restaurant. Outside food is not allowed. Our breakfast was included still the manager charged us the breakfast. 100% frauds. Don't go to this hotel, I strongly recommend you people to not to visit laxmi villa palace.

Great experience! Clean and neat rooms. The bathroom was clean, and hot water was also available all the time. Staff behaviour is very polite. They allowed us for early check-in. This hotel is very beautiful, there are luxury rooms here.Jai Hotel is located in a residential place. Raj Bhawan is next to it and there are good hospitals and stadium. This is a peaceful environment where there is no problem of any kind and the parking space is also good.

Frm Delhi my first visit in Jaipur In Hotel Laxmi vila palace.The service provided by the hotel was excellent. The behaviour of the the staff was cordial and nice specially Thanks Sachin yadav and Dharmendra gurjar and sunil jihelped us lot even for arranging vehicles and all the bodrding the tarin I and My Family love it very much. I suggest you to don't waste your money in this hotel. The room service is very bad and the room condition is terrible we can't use washrooms, the behaviour of staff is very rude.
