Staff is very rude started abusing language Infront of family members we have not stayed there and left the place he has not refunded the amount too. Complaint lodged against him in consumer court and police complaint is also lodged.

Staff is very rude , scolded us, denied check in . They don't. Know how to talk. Very unprofessional people. Even the owner is very unsupportive. Police complaint filed and Complaint logged in consumer court.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is quite spacious. Soap, bathing gel, moisture and towels provided were in good condition. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Horizon.
Mr. Sharma and His team is very professional in terms of Hospitality. I am extremely happy with the service which they provide and will do visit again in future.
Good place for a comfortable stay. It is close to airport hence convenient.
