The lobby manager is a total lie and gives unnecessary promises. The night light cannot be turned off. There are no towels, no soap. The food does not taste good, the service is very bad. The food waste is not cleaned.

This is very experienced in this hotel Room and washroom is very dirty. Room have no fan. Breakfast also very bad only one option and water bottel charges with breakfast Please don't Suggest any one this hotel

This hotel misleads guests with false promises. The AC in the rooms is locked at 30degC, making it uncomfortable in the heat. They advertise a 30% spa discount, but there's no spa facility at all. Additionally, their menu is unreliable, as they ran out of chicken and asked me to order from outside. Poor service and false advertising--definitely not worth staying here.

0 to cleanliness. 0 to behavior of staff. 0 to all service. Except waiter everything was very dirty. Waiter was very good in manners. They don't have shampoos in washroom. They doesn't gives Basic things like hair oil. And especially a #scam on name of 3 star hotel. It is totally 3rd class hotel. Their kitchen area is filled with cockroach and mice. Washroom also not cleaned and managed things like toilet paper etc. Don't book for family because here bar is there and all drunk peoples around. Never book this one.

Firstly, the affordability of the rooms coupled with their impeccable cleanliness made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire visit. One highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast provided each morning. The variety of dishes offered ensured there was something to satisfy every palate, and the taste was simply exceptional. Additionally, the regular meals served at the hotel were equally delightful, with reasonable prices considering the quality and quantity of the food provided. I stayed at this hotel for four days, and during my time there, I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, who was incredibly helpful and humble. However, I must give special recognition to Mr. Mahipal Singh, one of the staff members. His hospitality and demeanor truly stood out to me, as he was always ready to assist with a sweet smile on his face. His dedication to ensuring guests had a pleasant stay was evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the delicious food and exemplary service, I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Whether you're visiting Jaipur for business or leisure, this hotel is sure to make your stay memorable.
