Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Jaipur, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The hospitality was truly excellent -- from the moment I arrived until the day we left, the staff made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Puneet, the manager at the property, for his exceptional leadership and personal attention to guests' needs. His warm and professional approach truly set the tone for the wonderful service we received. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, making our stay extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Jaipur for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch hospitality. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so special!

The room was the best part itself. The area where the hotel were neat and clean. Management was very kind and helpful.But the menu can be improved especially for breakfast. It doesn't give indian vibe. Rest all were Great. I really would visit again if i would get a chance.

My husband and I stayed here for business. It was convenient, very comfortable and had no need to ask for anything extra. My only reason for not giving top marks is we both found the bed to be too soft, almost like the sponge beds which we don't like. Lots of dining options so if in India a while and need a break from traditional Indian food you can get it here. Went up to the pool area one afternoon to relax after a lonf day, but honestly did not entice us with the atmosphere. A little stark, no plants or soft furnishings.

Excellent property which scores full marks on all aspects starting from check in to check out. Very supportive front desk. Good part is they greet you for being IHG member on check in and check out. Well appointed rooms, they kept branded best quality toiletries. Breakfast services are amazing, all support staff is self motivated and kept you engaged with their interactions and services.

My colleague and I stayed at this hotel from March 26 to March 28 for two nights. While the hotel itself was pleasant, we were unfortunately disappointed by the guest service throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and didn't engage much, which felt a bit off-putting. However, the most significant issue occurred in the restaurant, where we encountered serious problems with the billing system. Each time we visited, we had to ensure the system was correctly set up to post our bills. If we didn't double-check, the staff would chase us down in front of other guests, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. This happened several times during our stay, and each time we were met with generic apologies from someone claiming to be the "Manager." The excuse was always a system error, but it felt more like poor management and a lack of proper planning. While the hotel itself was fine, the ongoing issues with the billing system and the lack of attentive service left a negative impression on our stay. It was frustrating, and these operational issues need to be addressed. We'd think twice about returning unless these problems are resolved. Improving service quality and ensuring smooth operations will go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this luxury hotel, and my experience was mixed. The hotel's lavish decor and immaculate cleanliness were certainly impressive. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and take in the views. The rooms, while decent, lacked a balcony, which was a bit of a disappointment. The food was fine, but not particularly memorable. The service was okay.

Hotel is right in the city center, with a spacious central lobby leading to rooms in different floors. It has its own grandeur and feel and aligns with the signature Holiday Inn theme. Staff were courteous, attentive of any requests and helpful. Room service was good. Had good security. Rooms and bathrooms were amazingly clean with no issues to point out and very satisfactory. Had a very comfortable sleep. The city view in the night was nice overlooking the flyovers and the city roads. Not too picturesque and enjoyable and calming. The best part was the amazing seating built to the side of the window overlooking the city. It was a great place to sit and relax right in the room. The only issue I felt with the hotel is that they aren't accessible easily over phone. There's no one to attend/answer. Rest it was an amazing stay and thanks to the entire staff. Hope to visit again :)

The room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the standard amenities. What truly set it apart was the large window with a spacious sit-out area, offering a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering a variety of options. However, the experience felt a bit chaotic, possibly due to crowd management. Despite this, Holiday Inn remains a solid choice for a comfortable and well-located stay.
