Disappointing Experience at Fern Habitat Grand Hotel and Suite I had a very unpleasant stay at Fern Habitat Grand Hotel and Suite. The room was not properly maintained -- the bathroom handle was broken and there was no hot water, with the geyser set to a low, unusable setting. Despite the hotel claiming that breakfast was included, the process to actually get it was confusing and unprofessional. When I asked at the restaurant, I was told to go back to reception and check if it's free -- only then would they serve it. Eventually, breakfast was delivered to the room, but the options were extremely limited (only poha or paratha with tea), and the quality was poor. On top of that, I was charged a hidden service fee, which was only revealed at checkout. The staff -- including the reception -- were rude and uncooperative. For example, when I forgot my access card in the room, instead of helping me get to my floor, the receptionist insisted I call my brother to come down and get me, which was unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

I had stayed there for 1 night, The hotel and Rooms are not maintained and the service is not up to mark, What Led to 1 star rating - 1)No clean bedsheets - Human hairs & Food was on bedsheets when checked in, they changed the room but it was also not clean, then they replaced bedsheet with clean one. 2) No handwash in the bathroom Very basic thing you expect 3) Shower was broken, literally. 4)No towels in the room (provided when asked) 5)Breakfast provided with room was not good - just tea and poha that also not good. This hotel is not luxury at all, small lodge with better service would be preferred by anyone who stayed here. NOT recommended AT ALL

My stay at The Grand Anukampa was extremely disappointing. Despite being advertised as a hotel, it's actually a poorly maintained serviced apartment. The room was infested with cockroaches, the furniture was old and worn out, and the linen was dirty. No towels were provided, the TV didn't work, and there was no kettle or basic tea/coffee setup. To make matters worse, the kitchen area had water overflowing, creating an unhygienic environment. The noise levels were unbearable. The corridors were noisy throughout the night with zero soundproofing in the rooms. Adding to the chaos, there's a nightclub on the rooftop blasting loud music until late at night. If that wasn't enough, there's also a mosque nearby with morning prayers at an extremely high volume, making it impossible to get any rest. Overall, this place is not worth the price. Poor facilities, lack of cleanliness, and nonstop noise make it a terrible choice. Would not recommend!

First of all I would like to thank the host Mr Shakti Singh. He did the checking smoothly and gave us the front view and best rooms which included many facilities like mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, RO water facilities etc. The room service staff was also very helpful. They helped us in everything and Mr Shakti Singh also told us about the Jaipur side view.

We stayed at this property through Airbnb and the host was attentive and helpful. The caretaker manages to clean the place. Basically the building carries multiple things like The fern habitats hotel, banquet halls, rooftop bar and clubs, and private studio apartments. A perfect location at main road and amazing view from the room, grocery and food stores are at ground floor. Overall we had pleasant stay here.

Service is very bad , we called for the lunch order even they didn't reply even after 2hr and after 2hr they said that our chef is not available. They unlock the door without permission, and they didn't even picked up the call in 2-3 times. There service is very much third class, an ordinary hotels has much better service and facilities as compare to this hotel. There plugs of microwave was not working. They ruined up our mood n day.

Staff is rude and and when we asked them to teum on the fan or ac in the reception area they denied. And even after our booking they make us wait arou d 15 minutes in the lobby area... pathetic experience absolutely specially the guy who was sitting on the reception

1. We had 3 rooms booked out of which two were allotted when we checked in on 7 feb and the rest 1 got allotted late that too far from those two rooms on the same floor as we requested. 2. The late allotted room doesn't have mirror in the bathroom, flush backside cover, paint smell all over the room and when we raised the concern, they told us that some guest has broken the mirror and that's really a disappointment for us because what's the use of getting the rooms booked since morning and in advance. 3. Later when we complained, we got shifted to another room on 8 floor and rest of the two rooms were on 10 floor. Then in morning on 8 feb, we again got shifted to another room on 10 floor because we have requested them to give all rooms on the same floor initially when we have checked in. 4. Service was very delayed , we had to wait or to remind them again n again. 5. Breakfast have only two options on both days so not much variety they have. My overall experience with this hotel is not good. Only the structure of this hotel is good from the outside but inside they have so much maintenance and service issues. Rooms were good and spacious but they should maintain it well.
