Fantastic place for events and family gatherings. We traveled as a family from Delhi for an event and stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The rooms are spacious and they have large lawns for the kids to enjoy. Beautiful old palace turned into a hotel. Well maintained property.

The Diggi Palace is gorgeous and by far the best nicest place we stayed on our recent to India. It is an oasis of calm with kind friendly staff who just want to help. We stayed in a gorgeous huge bedroom with air con and access to a balcony and well organised bathroom. If you want a traditional hotel where you see the same caring staff in a beautiful old building with grounds and a small pool this is the place for you. A film crew was working there one day as the courtyards are beautiful and a slice of India proper. I'd love to stay there again if I'm lucky enough to return to Jaipur. Mr Wilson the manager will always help you if you need.
Its an old palace established by Shri Thakur Saheb Pratap Singh Ji Diggi of the ruling family of Diggi Principality. Now the family has turned this to a heritage hotel, a huge one actually. Very spacious property with spacious rooms, the staff were so helping. Talked to the manager at the property Mr. Wilson, he was so helpful in guiding us for a perfect vacation at Jaipur.|We loved this place |Things to note:|1- This is not a luxury hotel, a heritage one.|2- If your room is at first or second floor, you have to use the stairs, no other way|3- 20-30 min drive to airport.
Complete Experience is delightful. The place is serene, green, calm and grand. The place is at a very close to Bapu bazaar, johri bazaar, i.e. 10-15 mins drive. This property has grand open well maintained gardens with trees older than 50 years. Clean and beautiful rooms with spacious washroom. Had a good chat with Mr.Williamson, GM of the property. My mother had a chat with one of the owner's family members. He is a very soft spoken and humble natured person. Me and my daughter really enjoyed clicking pictures at the terrace and the green portions of the old haveli styled property. We enjoyed the swimming pool most of the time of our stay. Ms. Rupa was also very helpful. All the staff members were ready to serve you with a smile. one day was not enough. We will come back. Thank you...
I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, my experience was very good. I had initially booked a palace suite with a courtyard view but had mistakenly assumed it would have a garden view. Since I was traveling with my 5-month-old baby and wanted easy access to the property's outdoor areas, I requested a room change. After speaking with the receptionist and later with the general manager, Mr. Wilson, I was accommodated in a Heritage Deluxe Room with a garden view. Mr. Wilson was exceptionally considerate--he not only arranged for an early check-in but also ensured that all guests, regardless of background, felt welcome with his warm hospitality and constant greetings.||A special mention to the morning receptionist, who was kind, understanding, and accommodating. However, my experience with one of the night receptionists was disappointing. He came across as rude and seemed more inclined to be courteous only towards foreign visitors, which was quite off-putting.||One suggestion I would love to share is for the hotel to consider adding a dedicated garden or play area for kids. It would be a wonderful addition for families traveling with young children.||Despite the minor issue with the night staff, the overall hospitality, especially from Mr. Wilson, made my stay enjoyable. This would have been a 5 star if not for the minor issue with the night staff
Beautiful experience in diggi. Such a serene property, loved the pool and the large rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful. ||||Stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of my time spent here. The peacocks are the best part of the whole experience
A very unique experience in the intense bustle of Jaipur. Wake up in your oasis with colourful flowers, and the sounds of birds - peacocks which roam the grounds. ||A very relaxing authentic Indian experience you won't forget. I have stayed in very different hotels in the north of India, and Diggi was very unique indeed. Not your typical accomodations in that you get to stay in what was a royal palace. From well maintained grounds to a comfortable stay, you won't be disappointed. But if you're expecting the Ramada or some other western style hotel, this is not your jam. But that shouldn't stop you from trying this place. The staff were very helpful and everything is a short drive away.
Centrally located as far as the tourist attractions of Jaipur and the Wall City are concerned but the entry is not so pleasant. Gives a feel of a heritage hotel once you enter the premises. The staff are cordial and the ambience inside the hotel is very quiet. Food preparation is good. The place is also famous as it has witnessed all Jaipur Literature Festivals in the initial days and witnessed the presence of very famous National as well as International Celebrities.
