Club Mahindra Resort - Jaipur - Rajasthan

||Our family recently stayed at Club Mahindra Jaipur, and we were quite disappointed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues that overshadowed our visit.||Firstly, the room we were allotted was unclean, which was a letdown for our family. The air conditioning system was inadequate, and we had to call the technician twice to try to fix it. After a sleepless night in the stifling heat, we finally complained at the reception and were moved to another room. While the air conditioning was somewhat better, it still didn't provide the relief we needed, especially with temperatures soaring above 40 degrees in Jaipur.||To add to our frustration, despite putting the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) tag on our door, we were still disturbed by phone calls, which made it difficult to relax.||The housekeeping service was also lacking. Although the staff cleaned the room, they conveniently forgot to place towels in the bathroom. Moreover, the commode wasn't completely clean, and the bathtub had stains. The shower area also appeared dirty, which was quite off-putting for our family.||The only saving grace during our stay was the dining experience. The food was delicious, and the ambience and service in the restaurant were commendable. However, this couldn't overshadow the discomfort and inconveniences we faced in our room.||We believe Club Mahindra should take immediate steps to ensure their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially in a hot city like Jaipur. It's disappointing to see such lapses in quality at a reputed establishment, and we hope they can improve for future visitors.

Jaipur resort is in the middle of the city, we are visiting Jaipur resort for the second time. It's outstanding this time the staff are always welcome and the food was mouthwatering and delicious. Nicely explained about property and facilities. The spa was superb, and there were a lot of activities they had.

Location is awesome. All the main attractions are nearby only like jalmhal, amer fort , jaigarh and nahargarh. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is very polite . Bathroom can have more handles near the bath tub to avoid any accidents. Adding some railings in swimming pools would be added advantage .

Club Mahindra is a luxurious experience, but there are a few areas where it could improve. It has a stunning look, but it's located in a busy area, so it doesn't have that quiet ambiance. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms, especially the shower area, could be bigger. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they're always ready to help. Overall, I had a great experience at a great price.

The male staff members follow women into the elevator and to their rooms. They ask questions under the pretense of being helpful but it's weird. I was with a group and all the women said this happened to them. One woman, also had the staffer follow her into the room and close the door. Truly creepy!

Rooms are nice and spacious . on the other hand wash room has no exhaust to keep the same dry. Bath tub was not cleaned during check in. Swimming needs a lot of attention . It was less of of swimming pool and more of pigeons watering pond so I wont risk any children , kids , toddler or babies in any pool. Pool cleaning tool was worn off . Even adult pool is a mess. Post swimming shower area was covered with pigeon poop. Swimming pool border was covered in light green fungi.

The staff is courteous and attentive, providing excellent hospitality. The in-house restaurant serves a variety of delicious local and multi-cuisine dishes, with Rajasthani thalis being a highlight. The resort also offers recreational activities like cultural performances, indoor games, and a swimming pool, making it a great option for families.

We visited Club Mahindra Jaipur resort from 1st February to 4th February and in nutshell it was an amazing experience. Have no words to praise . The persons who made our visit memorable are S/Sri Deepak Yadav (RM), Ankush (FO M), AJAY (Holyday World), Sudhanshu (F&B M), Chef Sohan Lal ji, Kamal FO, Atal & Paramanand (House keeping) and Rakesh (SPA). Every one contribution is beyond expression. Worth mentioning is food quality and presentation. Check in and check out and welcome is lovely .|Other services are equally good.
