Pride Amber Vilas Resort & Convention Centre

We went for a business Meet for GITB, from 4th to 6th May. I loved the architecture, Rooms were very spacious, however deep cleaning part can be taken care of. But the best is their welcoming team from housekeeping to food & Beverage. I loved the breakfast at their Cafe, special mention about the girl on the breakfast. She was very welcoming and entire team assured the service is prompt. Any service request was addressed within minutes.|Their poolside terrace and open garden space is extremely beautiful. |Highly recommend this place for family or business purpose. Even If the location is far from the city but one can experience the royal treatment which reflects Rajasthan..

It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really spacious with all the required amenities in place, the people were really courteous and prompt. Since this hotel is a resort there is enough space for kids to play and enjoy. The breakfast offerings were really delicious. The quality of the food is really good. We really enjoyed our stay here we will certainly come back for a longer stay.

Pride Amber vilas looks like a real Resort and we were mesmerized by the serine beauty of the swimming pool and the staff proved to be very helpfulfull specially Mr. Satya and the rooms were very clean .Mr. satya and Ms. Pooja helped us in check in and check out. The facilities are top notch. Every one is ready to help. You will never get bored in this place.

BEWARE !!! NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN !!! They do not have female staff for cleaning and their male staff enter the common women washrooms without knocking or announcing. Imagine your wife/daughter/sister/female friend enjoying with you and rest of the family in the pool. And then she needs to use the washroom. And a 'male cleaning' staff enters right after her, to the cubicle where she is taking a shower!!! Yes, this happened! The horror and the trauma cannot be written in words... So, better stay away if you have a female with you!

Great stay and Satya Narayan was a great help at the property. Lovely hospitality. Will definitely want to visit again especially in the winters where the weather will be better. Pool is great and there are no restrictions. Food is also great.

I recently booked a stay at Pride Amber Vilas Resort, Jaipur, through MakeMyTrip, expecting a luxurious 5-star experience based on its listing and premium pricing. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and did not align with the standards of a 5-star property. 1. Location & Accessibility - 1/5 The hotel is extremely far from the city, making it inconvenient for travelers looking to explore Jaipur's forts, markets, and local attractions. There is no city fun nearby, and commuting to tourist spots takes a significant amount of time. 2. Check-in & Hospitality - 1/5 No staff available to assist with luggage or parking. Front desk staff were slow and unresponsive, making the check-in process frustrating. 3. Room Quality & Cleanliness - 1.5/5 The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable. Furniture was outdated, giving the room a budget-hotel feel. Minimal amenities, lacking the luxury expected at this price. 4. Ambience & Outdoor Experience - 1/5 The lush greenery shown in photos is misleading--it's mostly wild crops along pathways, releasing excessive pollen on windy days, which can be problematic for allergy sufferers. Flowers are rare in the garden, making it look dull. The lawn, although green, is highly uneven and lacks proper maintenance. The pool has no shaded sitting area, making it uncomfortable to relax during the day. The game room is very basic, with no engaging activities for kids. 5. Food & Dining - 1/5 The complimentary hi-tea was nothing more than tea and basic biscuits, which is unacceptable for a luxury property. The food was overly spiced, with no mild options for toddlers or those preferring balanced flavors. The dining hall was crowded with corporate guests, making it uncomfortable for families. Poor food quality for the price paid--nothing close to 5-star standards. 6. Service & Staff Behavior - 1/5 The staff seemed untrained and indifferent. Service was slow and unresponsive, with no proactive hospitality. Despite multiple requests, issues were not properly addressed. 7. Overall Experience - 1/5 This property is severely overrated and does not justify its 5-star listing or premium pricing. It lacks: Professional hospitality Well-maintained amenities A proper luxury dining experience Basic entertainment or recreation for kids Final Verdict: This hotel is not worth the price and does not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. I had a date planned last night and we enjoyed a lot and my date was amazing It was a great setup i really liked it, the arrangement was very good, the food was very tasty, the service was very good and the staff was very sweet of us!!
