Recently visited Nest Luxury Resort at Ajmer Road, Pink City Jaipur, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience! I went there with a group of close friends, and we ended up spending some of the best quality time together. The resort lives up to its name--luxurious, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The ambience is top-notch, with well-maintained gardens, beautiful architecture, and a calming vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The pool area is especially worth mentioning--perfect for chilling out and having fun with friends. Their hospitality was also commendable; the staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food served was delicious, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Whether you want to unwind or host a celebration, this resort ticks all the boxes. Pathetic Experience with Privilege Membership at Nest Jaipur Resort Our recent experience with Nest Jaipur Resort was extremely disappointing. Despite holding five Privilege Card memberships, we were outright denied access to the swimming pool, which is one of the key benefits they promote with the membership. Shockingly, every member of our group received different excuses--ranging from "maintenance issues" to "pool reserved for private events." It's appalling how a reputed resort operates with such double standards and misleading policies. To make matters worse, they even refused to accept room bookings, citing random and inconsistent reasons each time we tried. This is not what we expected after investing in their membership. Their customer service was completely unhelpful, with no accountability or willingness to resolve our concerns. This place is clearly not interested in maintaining customer trust. Highly disappointed and will not recommend this resort to anyone. Think twice before falling for their fake privilege schemes.

Wedding Destination Review : The property is superb but is handled by managers who do not know how to make relations. Mentioning Mr. Pushpendra here who looted us and misbehaved with us who gave such a hefty amount for the wedding. Read their contract very carefully and do not sign unless they give you your terms in writing. They will try to fool you and charge higher amount just in pettiness. They don't give any gesture driven duty. The AC in 30% of the rooms don't work. So don't book unless you need 70 rooms or less. Only their F&B manager is good. Mr. Pushpendra will tell you that he will be present at the wedding for any issues etc but he won't even pick your call on the wedding nights.
