Great place, hard working staff but need more training. The place is fantastic. Looks lovely and feels luxurious and the staff definitely tries their best to please and meet all needs. But there is no getting away from the fact that they need much more polish and training. English is a challenge, despite best intentions they are mistakes. Breakfast is a sham as there is no buffet if there are too few people and them ordering etc is a mess as there are too many people taking orders and not actually putting them through. The chef did listen to our dinner needs and did a fantastic job delivering that. The pool is lovely. They have a music program in the evening with live singers and they take requests. Fantastic! All in all, while improvement is needed, I loved it and would definitely go back.

Amazing Stay with great service by Pratap Mahal. Although I am late in writing feedback but I would like to specially thank "Swati" Restaurant serving staff, who was always polite to talk and do anything to make us happy. She got the food we wanted during lunch and dinner. When we did not want to have full meal, she arranged soup during dinner and got us small meal. She always served us with smile. For breakfast, she always took extra care of us. She was one of the best staff of hotel. This is what she has earned "Great Memory & Hospitality with a Smile". We will always remember this short height girl whenever we visit Pushkar. Not sure if we will be able to see her again during our next visit, but love to have such kind of staff at hotel. Wish her good luck and "Big Thank You" for warm hospitality.

Hotel is good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The activities in the hotels are not up to the mark. The air hockey table was not working. Table tennis ball was not there. I am giving three stars because food was pathetic. It is advisable to eat out rather in the hotel. The restaurant staff in not efficient and takes too long to get simple order like lemon tea. 1

The food is absolutely average. We were at Pushkar so thought we'd come here for some laal maas as we'd been missing non-veg, but we were probably better off eating at the veg cafes of Pushkar than venturing out here. First off, the food and the service are both very average and definitely not worth even half of what they charge. Secondly, we found a decent size stone in the snack that was served to us, which thankfully did not break a tooth. In lieu of which, we were offered a 5% discount. Regret coming here for a meal. They're letting the 'Taj' brand name down.

Visited the restaurant today 0n my way to Pushkar. As, usual for Taj, food was was great but the best part were the staff - Mr Nakul, Satvir, Rajendra, Swati every one was amazing. Took proper care that food was kid friendly and to our liking. Best wishes everyone. Looking forward to a stay with you people. nexnext visit

The stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable, from the check in to dinner at the restaurant, and in general the service levels were exceptional. In particular, a few individuals that stood out for their exceptional service was, and definitely require recognition was the executive chef Rakesh, Shaubum (a young gentleman that provided great service) , and Paras. Well done to the team at the hotel. ! Highly recommend this hotel, for staying in Ajmer.

Skyroof rates, No soundproofing in rooms, okayish restaurant and a horrible location especially when they can't do anything to stop loud blaring music at 2AM in the night. A horrible experience! Such a grossly overrated property.
