Sunny Resort

Rooms are spacious and good. Washrooms are not maintained well.

The resort delivers good service, rooms are spacious too. a big open garden is also there. I found the food quality good too. The only drawback I have experienced is that there is no lift/elevators which makes it tough for senior citizens. Rest it's a budget friendly option in a small and less fancy town.

On location wise, very nice place

We needed a quiet time to rest and work, during our travel through this region of Rajasthan. And we were happy to find this place away from the chaos of the town. Very comfortable rooms, and hygienic bathrooms. ||The combo meals are the best thing on the menu. However, the restaurant staff could be more efficient and professional. If they sort this out -- with personal hygiene among the restaurant staff, giving realistic estimates of when food can be prepared -- then this hotel is as good as any top class one anywhere.

Property is OK, Rooms are well maintained and have almost all the necessary items. Only issue is rooms start from 1st floor and hotel building don't have lift in this. Party roof on 3rd floor is awesome again lift is the issue. I escalate this to owner hopefully they will consider my feedback.

We stayed 5th Nov night in rooms 102, 104 and 204 1) Considering Hidaun town (small town), this Hotel was more than one could expect 2) Things to improve - Geyser was non-functional in some rooms, common washroom near garden didn't have clean toilets, roti was quite thick in dinner, no lift 3) Good things - overall hotel staff, amenities considering small town

Visitors are not allowed to meet you in hotel. If you sit in Garden, they charge extra without informing you. Rooms are not well cleaned. Bathroom stinks Bed sheets are stinky and dirty. TV dont work. Better hotels are available in area with better prices.
