OYO Flagship 814571 Hotel Bibo Hill View

Had a very sad experience here. Just wanted to crash here after a visit to the city but long flight of dark and narrow stairs made it difficult to reach the room. All galleries filled with smoke and booze smell and discards scattered everywhere. Rooms were basic, peeling plaster, dirty linen. Ran off as soon as we could in the morning. No chef for tea coffee even by 8am. Avoid at all cost if you are with family. Great location but dirty window glasses and bad design mean it's not enjoyable.

The hotel hillview is a best hotel and its near to Railway, Bus Stand and Alwar Market.|I want to keep some point for hotel hill view.|Friendly & Accommodating Staff. |Clean & Efficient. |Excellent Service. |Everybody friendly, Nice Environment, Comfortable. |Best of Quality Service.|Good and very tasty food.|An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay.

This is my 3rd Business Trip in Alwar and when I came Alwar I stay in Hill View. Before the condition of the hotel was normal now someone take over the Hill View Hotel and make awesome. The quality of Food, Good Service, Hotel Rooms was superb and very good staffs.

Very good location for superb room and restaurant My friends full enjoy so want good quality food and staff a good service to have a nice bar and sound music hum na bhut enjoy kiya tha or very very very very good

I would say the 3 star only because the Staff behaviour we felt was not good. We just asked to shift to some other seat , but they didn't do it also the manner of responding wasn't also in a good vibe. We are decent people are like to be respected where we go. Rest there is place for parking and prices are decent. For signature 60ml the price is 140 per/serving.

Never ever trust the employees/manager of this Hotel. For earning money frm guest they can go to any extend. These people are very cunning. Service staff were good, however room conditions were not so good. On top of everything at check in time they told us that our package would be on MAP and that too they will provide discount on food items but at the check out time they just refused and were putting things on one another. We didnt want to spoil our mood so we paid all the amount but will never ever suggest it to anybody. The most pathetic thing was that they charged for every small thing specially for our below 5 age kids as well which they told us at check in time to be complimentary. Anyways the only thing I should say is thanks fr such pathetic experience.

Mr. Dharmendra (+91 76657 30793) the bar tender, is good in service. Mr. Sagar the manager, I don't know, what he used to be busy in?? Drinks are reasonably priced. But, other beverage are over priced then MRP and then they charge SGST & CGST even Cess tax on that over MRP priced product. They also offers "Happy Hours Offers" e.i. 2+1 offer on limited brands as promotion of the branded company. I had tried the veg & non-veg food several times, alone as well as along with the family, it never had been disappointing but, tasty with good aroma. But, as mentioned earlier, kitchen services is pathetically delayed. OTW, worth giving a try.

(i) Reasonable rates. (ii) Clean and spacious rooms. (iii) Tasty Food (not cheap). (iv) Sufficient Parking space. (v) At the back side of the Hotel is the Moti Dungri Fort, but most of the rooms do not provide any view (so no Hill View). (vi) Also has a huge park very nearby. (vii) The Attendant showed indifferent attitude, but after getting a 50 Rs. note gave exceptional service till our departure.
