Tijara Fort-Palace - 19th Century, Alwar

I visited the Tijara Fort Palace to celebrate my parents' 40th anniversary. It is a beautiful heritage property with exceptionally large and lavish rooms. The architectural brilliance of the fort ensured that the rooms stayed cool and windy, which made for a really pleasant stay even in hot summer. The property is extremely clean, serves great food and has very nice pool. The best part however is the service and I would like to thank Mr Chhinder Pal Singh, who went out of his way to ensure that the stay was comfortable and memorable for my family. Will definitely visit again.

Mr.Kapil Gupta Manager warmed welcome and gave us tour as we walked to our Garden View Room. Furthermore, he was always there morning and night to make our Anniversary very Special. |We had dinner at the Khajur mahal Restaurant for Traditionally Rajasthani cuisine. Beautiful majestic place // palace. Road to the fort is great, only the last mile connectivity is a but work in progress. The last few hundred meters is steep climb with rubble road. Nothing which may worry you if you have driven on hills. Place is beautiful, they have restored the fort very carefully. The view from every side of the fort is impressive and beautiful. Probably it's much more prettier during monsoons. The buffet lunch is great, more than the main course o loved their ice cream zone. Try the curry patta if you go there for lunch. Explore the fort of you have ample time.

One of the most beautiful fort. very peaceful and serene.. friendly staff to assist at all times..clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with beautiful views. Warm and welcoming reception staff, specially Mr.Kapil Gupta who made our stay very comfortable and memorable. It's definitely a place you will love to stay for a refreshing and memorable trip.

The stay is beautiful and the dinner food was good. The service by Mubarik khan Mr Nagendra Singh & FNB manager Mr karmpal was really good and made the food taste even better. The vibe and the activities at the hotel were engaging and held us through the whole day happily.

The rustic and old looking fort does justice towards making you feel like you're living in the 17th century. The restaurant does a just job at balancing between the variety of dishes from across North India and hand picking some unique and new offerings in their main course. The palace could do much better with their lighting as the over lit palace feels like a sore pinch on the eyes. Some areas are too lit with yellow flood lights to differentiate them from a municipal park in Delhi.

Our stay at Tijara Fort Palace was a beautiful experience, but what truly stood out was the exceptional support we received during a medical emergency. Mr. Manveer Singh (Cart Rider) , I will never forget your timely help, calmness, and genuine concern during a very difficult moment for my wife and our family.||||Your assistance went far beyond what one expects as a guest, and we are truly grateful for your kindness.
