I booked this hotel for 28th September after seeing its 5 star rating on Google. I told them that I will reach your hotel at 5 am, then they said that they will give you check in at 7 am, till then you can use the common area. I told them to book a day before by giving 500 rupees advance, then their owner Amit ji replied to me on WhatsApp that you don't worry, you will get a room, but I was not given check in till 9:30. The hotel staff is good in behavior but they lock the main gate again and again and also lock the gate going to the first floor, hence there is trouble. What I want to say is that when you people make a promise to someone, then fulfill it or clearly tell the customer that we cannot give you a room at this time.
