Hotel Gill Tower

Hi I'm doulat some one putting worng reviews against hotel gill tower using my account putting fake reviews

Hotel is closed to bus stand, hotel owner has one more hotel and this is bit in side to residential area which doesn't seem to be safe - just avoid this !! I am adding few more inputs based on reaction from the hotel owner: (1). Yes I have refused to stay after seeing the rooms, (2). Owner has offered 850/- for AC room but they advertise 750/- for AC room (photo attached) (3). The other new hotel which they offered is under construction and I have not seen any person staying there neither any hotel staff/security etc was available, (4). Hotel owner may take my feedback as positive and work to improve their services for better outcomes in future,

It's a scam ,never book the room ,it's worth for 800- 1000/day ,but they charging 1700 ,u can try nearby options

Disappointing experience. Food was underwhelming - flavors lacked depth and presentation was sloppy. Service was inattentive and staff seemed disinterested. Needs significant improvement in both kitchen and front-of-house to meet expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. Hope to see changes on my next visit.

It was quite a pleasant experience, The place was congested luckily I got my car to park nearby space. But if you are going by bus it is within walking distance from the main bus stand. My room was on the third floor so it was a bit of a stair climb which is required You can enjoy the privacy as every floor has only two room. Over all good experience

I am posting this review to share my booking experience with the hotel Gill Tower. DISCLAIMER - I didn't stay in hotel. I am writing to share my booking experience. These are the things that I felt while having the call with the hotel. 1. The person who answered the call was impatient to answer the queries 2. I wanted to book for 2.5 days without breakfast option. But he was trying to upsell with breakfast option. When I told, I do not need the breakfast option, he raised the tarrif. 3. The person was speaking in a very arrogant tone which do not suit anyone who works in hospitality industry. 4. After I decided, I will not take this hotel, I checked for online reviews for this hotel, just out of curiosity, to know that how they are running this hotel business with so much of arrogance and impatient behaviour. Then I found plenty of negative reviews which says about the bad and unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staffs. I decided to share my feedback of this booking experience to the person himself. I got even more arrogant reply.

Showoff and laying in the hotel management. I have personally experienced a night time. First time on call they are providing me 750 room deal and when I was there they are take 1000. So i have room cancelled. But i feel so bad why are people cheat and miss use to customer. Because i have found the hotel in google and contact number of this. I have never suggested it. If you have any emergency managed and stay any other hotel. But not hear.
