Royal Rajasthan Resort

No proper hotel reception is there . Their room service is almost negligible. Did not get generator service when electricity was off. I left one feather black col jacket of 40 size, after leaving the hotel they also acknowledged it. They told several time that they would send it by courier but after 25 days also they have not sent it to me . I called them several times for that but their response were same every time like we would send it soon.

I recently stayed at royal Rajasthan resort Sikar and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of some staff members. I encountered rudeness/unprofessionalism from manager or staff member. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, the staff ignored requests, spoke rudely, showed a lack of professionalism. This negatively impacted my experience and made me feel unwelcome.

Service is very bad Geyser Is not working in room Room service said we cant do anything We wasted our 2 hours because of hot water not there Break fast was included but not served we orderd it and paid charged Then also food quality was very low

Good was very good. Kudos to chef. Service was good. Washroom needs cleaning and fixtures Very few options fore breakfast but given options was quality.

Here, it's amazing all facilities available. Like as room.....and very important points cleaning ness....

Overall it was a nice and great experience it was a comfortable stay with great food, and the staff was also amazing and the place secure and friendly environment Thank you
