The Grand Barso A luxury heritage

I stayed her with my family and cousins, the rooms were nice and spacious and the night ambience is almost awestrucking. Since my wife had birthday during the stay, they decorate our table and played some music near the pool made our day. We tried there laal maas and it was fantastic. Special kudos to the staff here who is always ready to help you.

We booked it for our destination wedding and everyone enjoyed the stay. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Venue is beautiful and easily commutable. If you are looking to plan your destination wedding with royal touch and then you can surely book it. Just one suggestion , If you book venue then don't fall for their event and decor team Mr Kaushik from highlight creations. Their work is cheap and overpriced. Had worst experience with him.

The resort is not maintained properly. The rooms and washrooms were very smelly. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. The curtains in washroom were disgusting. The rooms walls were all damp. The walls were dirty with Paan stains. Pls don't go as per ibibo, it's not a stat hotel. The food was below average. The jug from which water was being served in the restaurant was very dirty. The breakfast buffet was useless. The staff were not courteous, rude, did not belong to hospitality industry.

Attended a family wedding here. The property is huge and new but very poorly maintained. The staff has no idea how to behave. You feel no difference in attitude a 1 star street hotel or here. The rooms and toilets smell of gutter too much that itself unbearable. There is no hygiene.

Not Recommended! Don't stay here. The WORST experience ever. We booked this place online and the manager didn't tell us that there are two functions planned in the hotel. Couldn't use and chill in the property. We just wanted a peaceful night to be able to enjoy early morning safari next day. But just to earn money these people didn't inform us or I could have booked another one. They are liars don't trust them. And when I tried reaching out to them one of the employees was impolite. Being from hospitality industry they should serve experience not lies. Breach of trust! FRAUDS! The music ended around 12:30 AM and then these people started packing stuff of the garden in 3 trucks from around 3 AM till 6:30 AM. I could clearly see 3 trucks filling stuff and the staff shouting like idiots while packing. I have proof of the same. We went to have breakfast in the morning the tables were dirty.

We forget some clothes by pool side and when called back next day for them to ask they first stopped answering calls and then plainly denied finding and giving the clothes back. We have stayed at many Hotels and they reach back asap and help but the staff here just took them and stopped answering calls too. Bad staff and service all together

Stayed here with my wife for her anniversary, I liked the way they put in efforts to make our day special.|They decorated a table for us near the pool and provided us with cake and mocktails. ||There restaurant with beautiful paintings a gem.||Thanks team
