Disappointing Customer Experience - Hospitality Needs Improvement I recently visited Rangmaya Resort to inquire about hosting a bikers' event. We required 35 rooms for 70 guests along with dinner arrangements. While I understand that the resort primarily caters to destination weddings, what truly disappointed me was the attitude of the sales team. The response was dismissive, as if my inquiry wasn't worth their time. There was no effort to engage professionally, no courtesy extended--not even a simple offer of water. It felt as though I was judged based on appearances, as I arrived on my Triumph bike. The lack of warmth and basic hospitality was striking. Culture flows from the top down, and I can't help but feel that the owners themselves may lack humility, which has trickled down to the staff. When leadership is in awe of their own wealth, it often reflects in how customers are treated. Hospitality is not just about luxury--it's about making every guest feel valued, regardless of the scale of their event. The property might be beautiful, but true excellence lies in customer experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and rethinks their approach to guest interactions.

It is managed by people who don't have any experience or any relationship with hospitality, rooms are very basic, its l banquets is very good, and the smaller one is also OK, Don't know about effectiveness of ac. They have 1 large ground, which doesn't have any plantation , trees. They charge around 35 lakhs for 2 days for the entire facility, which is quite high

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

The location is first of all amazing, we had great time here. The owner of the resort is very welcoming and he ensured we get great service here. I would recommend u guys to visit Rangmaya for sure!

Beautiful Castle like property with 2 large banquets which can accommodate 1000 and 500 people with a dining layout and other indoor and outdoor venues as well for relatively smaller gatherings..but the only thing that disappoints is the room size and amenities. A new property still not offering food and hospitality services, with 150 odd rooms it's a grand wedding venue with swimming pool, lawns and Courtyard but you have to hire your own caterer and hospitality team.
