River View Hotel & Restaurant

Arrived late in the day and must have got the last room available, behind reception desk. Room was small and had a frosted glass panel without curtains at the side of the door. When I pointed out that people could see in our room the staff covered the window with newspaper and said that we could move rooms the next day. We moved to the room next door which was bigger and didn't have an uncovered window. Staff were helpful, food was very good. We paid our food bill the night before after telling staff that we needed to leave at 6.30am the next day. No one was around so we unbolted the doors but then found that we were locked in as the gates were chained up. We had to shout to wake the staff, luckily we had allowed ourselves plenty time so we didn't miss our train.

Good and comfy stay.nice and neat rooms and bathrooms. Toiletry provided warm water available with a solar geyser. Service men are nicely behaved and food cooked well. Overall a very good experience.

We stayed only one night, but we have to say that the hotel is really nice, we had a delicious dinner and breakfast And Rooms are to much clean suite room best. We will surely recommend this hotel. It looks like a palace and Location is resort river view best hotel in Dungarpur.

Our recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Initially, we were quoted a lower price, but upon arrival, we were asked to pay double the amount. All previous communications from the hotel were deleted, and the staff was exceptionally rude. We observed other guests also disputing the charges and accommodations that had been promised but later denied. Unfortunately, there is no option to give a zero-star rating, which reflects the poor service we received, especially from the staff.

First thing they should do change the name from resort to lodge. Big property which could have been an excellant resort but no facilities. If there would have been an option to give zero, then I will give zero. Nothing much to say. Poorly maintained, dirty rooms, unhygenic resturant, remote location, no amenties. Not reccomended at all.

An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay. incredible dining experience. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good property for function purpose. Located on main road. Parking is available.

This hotel is highly charged rooms And basic facilities they are not providing like they didn't give you breakfast after charging 3000/- for a room You will get room in Dungarpur Mahal in the same price , which is in middle of city , big rooms , big wash room Washroom are very small in this hotel Wo bolte hai na, chalu hone se pahle hi khatam I added pics and video also Curtains of windows also not working properly Balcony is very dirty
