Aangan Resort - Mandawa Hotel

Disappointing experience on our last visit. We had visited this place twice before with family and friends, and both times were pleasant, which is why we decided to come again--this time with 10 families and kids for a swimming pool party. The booking and payment were done well in advance. However, the hospitality and service this time were very poor. We had to repeatedly ask for snacks and tea, and even then, they were not served on time. The kids got very irritated. The staff either seemed short-handed or too busy with other guests--it was unclear. Despite being given a long list of rules and restrictions, the owner himself broke major rules right in front of our families and kids, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we do not recommend this place for group outings.

Absolutely stunning place great for family and vacation with your family and friends. Must visit. I came with my husband was a good experience. Fresh food served and great Rajasthani cuisine served.
