Rajasi Resort Chittorgarh (Resorts,Hotels,Palces)

We stayed at a resort during Mahakumbh, I had a great experience at the resort. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The service was excellent--staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind, with both comfort and hospitality exceeding expectations.

Extremely Disappointed - Horrible Experience! I recently booked a room through the hotel's official website, and everything seemed fine until I arrived at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was informed by the management that they would not honor my reservation. They claimed the hotel website had been hacked, and my booking was not valid. This is beyond frustrating, as I had received a confirmation email, but they refused to give me the room I had reserved and paid for. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from the hotel. I do not recommend booking directly through their website, as it seems unreliable and prone to issues. A refund and proper explanation would be appreciated, but I won't be trusting this hotel again.

Totally froud. They are taking bookings and payment. I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room in advance, but when I arrived, they told me that my booking did not exist. They claimed that their website had been hacked, which is completely unprofessional. I was left stranded without a room, causing me a lot of inconvenience and loss of money even. This place seems like a scam. I do not recommend booking here at all! They tell website is hacked and the number mentioned in website is not thier and however denied to give FIR copy.

The location of this resort is good . The exterior is also attractive . However the rooms are too cramped with no air , light or ventilation . Housekeeping services are poor : when we returned to our rooms after a visit to the fort , the beds were unmade , the room was unswept , the bathrooms not cleaned . The staff told us they were all busy with a party being given by the owner !! We had to ask for things like towels , napkins and even tea spoons . The kitchen was however able to give us some decent food . The owner needs to get professional management and trained staff to make this place habitable . The rooms were so dingy , we could not relax in them . Badly planned rooms , untrained staff , cleanliness lacking .

I stayed there and the place was very nice and the facilities and services were also very good and very polite too. I liked that place very much if you go there and looking for a resort then you must try that place. It looks exactly like the picture they provided.

Fraudulent Online Booking - Beware of Rajasi Resort, Chittorgarh! I had a terrible experience with Rajasi Resort, Chittorgarh, due to a fraudulent transaction during an online booking through their official website. Despite making the payment, my booking was not confirmed, and when I contacted the resort, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. What's worse, the owner himself showed zero interest in addressing the matter, raising serious concerns about his involvement in this scam. Instead of assisting me, the resort staff kept giving vague responses and ignored my requests for a refund or resolution. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. If you are considering booking this resort online, BEWARE--you may lose your money with no accountability from their side. I strongly advise against trusting this property unless you want to risk being scammed!

"The hotel is in a good location, but the overall experience was terrible. The bedsheets, pillows, and blankets all smelled bad, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, and basic amenities like towels and soap were missing from the room. Service was painfully slow, with staff taking over an hour to respond to even simple requests. The staff also seemed careless and unprofessional, showing no interest in addressing the issues. Staying here was a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel."

The resort is beautiful with a swimming pool and small but clean rooms. Rooms are not ideal for 3 people. The staff will light bonfire outside your room in the lawn where you can spend your evening with your family and friends. The resort is near the highway so don't expect any restaurants nearby. The resort has its in house restaurant but the food is not worth the value for the price. They provide badminton for playing under the lights in the lawn. Overall decent relaxing option for your stay in Chittorgarh.
