Shree Karni Indra Palace

Service is very bad even water bottle and soaps were not provided, dirty and torn towels given , hot water system poor and not working. Ordered food was not good. Lot of noise was comming into the room. Washroom was not cleaned. Looking not safe family wise because hotel located near by bar and wine shop.

Disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel! We were forced to vacate at midnight, despite the standard check-in/check-out time being 12 PM - 11 AM. Ramesh, the staff member, was extremely rude and arrogant. They claimed our booking was only for 12 hours, which was not communicated earlier. I strongly advise against booking a room here. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.

Its a small hotel situated in deshnok village which is 30 kms away from bikaner. We visited that village only to get darshan of the famous rat temple i.e karni mata temple. We reached there and had booked the hotel through oyo. Firstly we were denied the checkin but then they gave it. The rooms is okay. Power was not stable. Room was stinking as well
