Jamwai Resort

We have been to the wonderful city of Jaisalmer on 11th till 14th of November 2015. The City welcomed us wholeheartedly on the occasion of Diwali. And the best part of the vacation was our stay in Jamwai resort. We needed some place where it is not crowded and peaceful. That is what exactly we got here. The Place was cool, affordable and the host treated us like his own family. To try out the authentic Rajasthani cuisine, there wasn't any better way as well.They did serve the best breakfast which actually is quite heavy and was included in the package. Anyone would feel this place like home. The family was really looking after anything we needed in the new land.Anytime we visit Jaisalmer next, we really don't need to think about any other place for stay. We had a great time being with the people and the best of accommodation facilities here.

The stunning farm and the amazingly lovely hosts will make your visit to Jamvai memorable. It is a cosy homestay cum farm in Jaisalmer, where one will truly get to experience the Rajasthani hospitality and way of life. The greens around will make you forget you are in a desert. The food is authentic, rich and delicious; certainly the best meal of my stay in Jaisalmer. A must visit! :D

Hotel is a bit south of city but don't worry about transportation, they solve it. First of all owners are very honest, local family. They nicely provide or solve whatever you need. Hotel is nice, clean, jaisalmer style designed structure and rooms. Room i stayed was huge. Beautiful garden which is specially planted with kinds of imported trees. Food, they provide enough types and meticulously cooked, clean. Workers are helpful as well. I strongly recommend if you want to rest away from crowd & noise & dirtiness after visiting city.||||I also knew this places as "Narayan Bagh" name...||POLAT.

Khama Ghani!||Our New Year celebrations for 2016 began in Jamwai resort and must say it was a fabulous experience... it's a beautiful resort which will give you a farm like experience.||After an exhausting drive, we had reached the premises around 4pm, where we were welcomed by Mr. Karan Singh ji (owner of the premises) and his family with great delight! Since we had a very short span and our list of activities was long. It was my keen desire to see the traditional folk dance of Rajasthan which certainly topped the list, and thanks to Mr. Singh ji who had arranged this fabulous experience for me that too... on a very short notice and to my surprise it was for one of the best dancers of Jaisalmer "Queen Harish".||To sum it up! It was "home away from home" experience. We all had a great and magnificent experience, be it food, hospitality, and accommodation it scored 10/10.||||Jamwai Resort will certainly be our first choice, if we again visit Jaisalmer.||Thanks again Mr. Karan Singh Ji & his Family...

The Hotel is in a nice, quiet area ca. 10Km from Jaisalmer away. The house looks like a old palace and was quite comfortable. The food was always selfmade and fresh. Warm water was also available. I can recommend this for a nice quite stay.

Jam Wai Resort is for me haven on earth come every year and get spoiled by the family the serve excellent food and you be taken care of the owner he himself is there for you for any belongings and is very helpful it is cleanand the absolute know-how the rooms are very beautiful. For the services providid by them they are excellent. You can ask for what you want.

Nice and calm, rooms are big and ceiling fan in the room is must see. Hospitality is quite good and food was tasty, will stay again and do recommend to others. Lots of trees and birds to watch. Lovely place.

First thing first a must visit for the following reasons|1) feel like home experience|2) lots of love and affection shown by Karan Singh ji and has family |3) most amazing authentic Rajisthan food |4) try your hand at barbaque |5) peace full night sleep away from city.|I was traveling with my family and we all had great time and made life long friends with Mr Karan Singh ji who is onwer of the resort and great host.|Must try is Gad Mass that Karan Singh ji cooks himself over a period of 8 to 10 hrs.|
