The Grand Shekhawati Hotel

DON'T EVER TRUST THIS HOTEL FOR A FAMILY EVENT.||We booked The Grand Shekhawati Hotel and Resort, Churu for my daughter's wedding from 12-15 April 2025, with a full property deal:| * 100 rooms per night for 12 and 13 April| * 30 rooms on 14-15 April| * Banquet hall usage for the wedding ceremony at 10 AM on 14 April, followed by lunch||We shared all wedding details and the invitation card with the hotel management 7 days in advance, including exact event timing, room requirements, and banquet use.||We vacated 70 rooms on 14 April itself, and the banquet hall was cleared by 4:00 PM. Yet the hotel demanded an extra Rs. 5 lakh, claiming usage between 12-4 PM -- which was never part of the original deal.||Even worse, their staff harassed and threatened us throughout the day, especially during and after the wedding, until 8:30 PM.||This hotel acted in a completely unethical and unprofessional manner. They ruined our family's biggest moment, and tried to exploit us emotionally and financially.||Avoid this place at all costs. Do not trust them for weddings or any big event.

It was my first visit to Churu and I had prejudice that experience with the hotels in Churu will be kind of average. But "The Grand Shekhawati" broke my prejudice in fact I should say shattered it in a grand way. What an amazing hotel it is, spread over a large area with the building having a heritage look, lavish green gardens, grand entrance, unseen beautiful idol of Lord Ganesha, grand reception and lobbies, big size well designed rooms with all amenities and of course lavish, clean washrooms. You name the amenity and you will find it here. Room service is prompt with a short menu but amazing taste. I really loved my stay and will certainly recommend it. Only one setback is that water in the washroom has a bad taste, but that is due to the desert region. I would call this hotel as an Oasis in Churu.

I came here for a corporate event. And i do 4-5 events in a year at this hotel . There staff Mr Mukesh Gehlot is a superb man , he managed all events wonderfully. He is such a good man . Kudos to hik and his coordination during my stay . Thanks to All staff for such a wonderful experience

Grand Shekhawati Resort This hotel is one of the best hotels in the entire Rajasthan and Shekhawati region for destination weddings. Its atmosphere is very good. The food here is very good and the rooms are also wonderful, definitely come here once. The view from the hotel is amazing

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at The Grand Shekhawati Hotel, Churu district. The management is shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Mr. Ankit Bajoria, the owner of this property, is the epitome of arrogance and unprofessionalism. His rude demeanor and dismissive attitude make it clear that the so-called reputation of this place is entirely fabricated with fake ratings. The hotel staff lacks even the most basic professional skills. They are rude, uncooperative, and fail to provide even the simplest courtesies expected in the hospitality industry. Proper invoices are not provided, service is substandard, and any attempt to address issues is met with indifference and hostility. During my stay, I witnessed staff openly disrespecting other guests without any remorse or apology. It is appalling that such behavior is tolerated, let alone encouraged, by the management. The entire experience was a complete disaster, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. The Grand Shekhawati Hotel is a prime example of how poor management and untrained staff can ruin what could have been a decent establishment. Save yourself the stress and disappointment--choose a better option!

Best weeding destination in India. I have attended 100s of wedding but the kind of wedding experience Grand Shekhawati has given has raise my expectation tat is anything else can be done in wedding. Owner Mr. Ankit ji is a mindblowing superb person. He delivers more than he promises. He takes marriages and events like it's own family weddings or events. The kind if team he has I have never seen. Everything is available in just few minutes with ever smiling face. The quality of food and variety of food is like so huge that u just get tired of eating but ur desires will increase. All tge halls rooms corridors garden swimming areas are so hygienic and well maintained. It was my younger cousin brother wedding and he just lost his father 15 days back before marriage but the kind of experience Grand shekhavati has given has definitely reduce the sadness of the family. We re really proud to have decided this venue. Mr. Mukeshji wat to say about him ONE MAN ARMY. Never say no is his policy. He is like a sweethrt. Whole day and night he stands on his feet and work for you. His services are so so grt that families coming to destinations get stress free by handing over him work. His contacts and fast delivery is making him famous among guests. God bless him. He is a grt friend to everyone. I will definitely visit again and again to this place and will recommend all my contacts to get ur functions done here to get unique experience in a Very reasonable budget.....

Worst food ever veg chowin not have any spices no salt order red gravy malai kofta but revived white gravy and the kofta was very hard that it can't be cut by knife and veg kulcha was worst all kulcha was burn i recommended not to order food
