Hotel Shakti Palace

An average hotel with basic amenities. Rooms were decent, but nothing exceptional. Good for a short stay if you're not expecting luxury. Service was okay, and the location is convenient

One of the best family Hotel with good quality of food and its budget friendly

Hotel's location is on highway.Average hotel to stay . Rooms are good , clean and spacious but toiletries was not available. Charges are as per comparison of services. Taste of food is good. Restaurant services are also good. Variety in breakfast is not available,Only 2-3 options.

Guys there is no complimentary water in room. So bad and highly disappointed. In every hotels at least 1-2 bottles of water is always complementary.

Very badly treated by some of staff members. Worst experience ever.

Not a very comfortable hotel despite its high price. There may be better options in Churu city. I had to get my room changed because of a serious problem in bathroom. Not recommendable. They don't have the minimum courtesy to give one cup of tea to the driver who brings the customers to their hotel.

The staff is extremely low profile. They often treat the catering service waiters like hell. I have even seen that the staff here uses unhygienic ways of washing the dishes at the backdoor in the mess. As I supervised a catering service for one of the marriage events in this hotel. Poor customers are unaware of such things.

Excellent Hospitality...our whole family gathered at Hotel Shakti palace for a function....staff and owner both were friendly...highly recommend this Hotel to everyone.
