An Exceptional Stay at Hotel Friends in Chittorgarh During my recent Rajasthan trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Friends in Chittorgarh, and it was truly one of the best stays of our journey. The hotel offers spacious, neat, and impeccably clean rooms. The overall hygiene standards were excellent, and the ambiance was calm and peaceful--a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding hospitality. The owner, Mr. Anshul, is one of the most humble and caring hosts I've ever encountered. While traveling at night from Jodhpur to Chittorgarh, he stayed in touch with us via phone to ensure our safety, which was incredibly reassuring. Upon our late arrival at the hotel, instead of rushing us through the check-in process, he warmly suggested we rest and complete the formalities in the morning. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our Rajasthan trip, Hotel Friends stood out for its exceptional service and genuine hospitality. If you're ever in Chittorgarh, I highly recommend staying here--it's a decision you won't regret!

I didn't stay in this hotel, though it was my first option in Chittorgarh after reading all the good reviews about it online, on google maps and booking apps. when I arrived and asked for a room the staff member made a call and handed me the phone to talk to the manager who spoke perfect english to tell that we are sorry we don't accept foreigners because we need to fill a form and we don't have the facility to do so, the true part that there is a C-form process for foreigners arriving into hotels but the lie that he don't have the facility, and I am saying that after I checked the information online, every hotel can register and submit this form but the easy answer for that is they don't want to deal with it. I work in hotel business, and the first thing about this business is hospitality and everyone is welcomed to the hotel, as well hotels made for travelers, tourists, people coming to the city from different parts of the country and the world, for tourism, work etc ... So the point here is that this is not a reason to deny foreigners, and what makes what he said can't be accurate that there is a review on google maps under the name of a foreigner, which I am not sure about because Indians as well can have this first name but not sure about the surname. Even I think that is wrong but at least put a note that you don't accept foreigners, but I guess they will not because they know that is not right and probably illegal as well.

Best hotel for family. Room quality and the whole facility were so good also the behavior of owner was so nice

Clean and ventilated rooms, nice staff, great location, peaceful ambience; that suffices a comfortable stay.
