SOLISTA HOTEL

After reading good reviews of this hotel, we booked the most expensive suite for 2 nights. The hotel and suite is mediocre at best. There is loud and dusty renovation work going on in the hotel, which they do not tell you while booking (this is cheating) After complaining and threatening to check out, they paused the work on our floor but continued work above us. Location is also a bit out of main area. Food is good and staff are friendly. Was very disappointed overall, don't be fooled by the great reviews.

Rooms are very congested. I stayed in room no 109 for approx one week Hot water not available in washroom. I told to reception , they were not solve the issue. Even water was coming from roof in washroom. Heater was not working properly in room. For this terrif very disappointing service. However ever food was good at the restaurant, not in room. Overall in this terrif, very bad service, don't suggest to try this hotel.

Hotel Solista is a very big hotel. Room rates are very affordable. Food is deliouse. Staff is very helping nature at 24*7 hrs. Please come an visit this hotel. Location is in center. Rooms are beautiful and in every room there are A/C. Come here

I had a great stay at Solista! Big spacious and very clean room. Best shower I had in all of India. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can absolutely recommend!
