OYO 29879 Hotel Midtown

In this night, I was in the middle of the road due to irresponsibility of hotel. Online Booking was accepted by them.. despite of the hotel was closed for a long.. need to black listed from all websites. Beware of such fake hotel authorities..

Rooms are ok but if more care is taken of maintenance, and tea water should be made available then rating can be improved /

New hotel but ILL MAINTAINED. Deluxe AC rooms don't have any Windows. No cupboards. Geyser absent. In the first room commode cistern was not working had to change rooms. Only inverter facility during power cuts with two points. That too on night bulb and one fan. I wonder what will happen when somebody is in toilet and the power cut happens. Or say somebody is doing something in room and power gets cut. Manager is Friendly and helpful but can't overcome the shortfalls with his behavior. The towel provided was clean but I doubt whether the pillow covers and the bed covers were. Lot of scope for improvement

Arrived and no one was on reception, called both numbers behind the desk to no answer. Had to go round the hotel to find someone. Showed them our (Prepaid!) Booking to be told that they do not accept foreigners, even though it says clearly in the hotel policy "foreigners welcome". When I enquired further they said we could not stay because THEY didn't have the relevant Form C paperwork. So we were turned away to find somewhere else in the pouring monsoon rain with no offer of a resolution. In 8 months of travelling in India I have never had this happen to me before. Shocking service.

We stayed in a deluxe room. We had a pleasant & safe stay. The hotelier was kind enough to arrange an auto for us so we could go to our bus stop. However, the room is smaller & there's no cupboard or hangers to keep clothes. This is a new hotel so auto drivers don't know this location but it's walkin distance from the auto stand. There's no restaurant in this hotel.Veg restaurants are walking distance from this hotel however nonveg restaurants are further away.

Rooms are good...bedsheet may be used nt that clean..water in hotel is bad mineral water is recommended..google map has a bit diffrnt location dont worry it is just near by..staff are so less in number so service is okok average

Nice hotel to stay. Staff behavior is so cool..they r very cooperative..and the hotel is totally clean toilet also...fragrance is very nyc...i want to go again..... Haryana se kamal and rajnikant.....

Very nice place to stay near bus stand. Rooms are very good, rates are very economical. Staff is very much co operative. Overall very good experience.
