OYO 25101 Hotel Shalimar

Worst hotel,dirty rooms and washrooms,will not all recommend anyone to ever book this hotel shalimar in Chittorgarh.

I guess the only good thing about this place is it's proximity to the railway station. The services were very slow. I had mentioned in my Oyo booking that 3 of us were gonna stay in a room even then I had to call them twice and go to the reception once to ask them for extra bedding as they wouldn't listen at all. The room I was sealed. Literally! The windows didn't open. The washroom didn't have an exhaust. The AC barely worked. The washroom was clean though. There was an extra large cupboard there in a room that was small for it. We just went there for a cheap one night stay.

Staff is not arrogant but here are my experiences: 1. Very Poor Service: I ordered tea and nobody came in the evening, they didn't called even once for cleaning nor for breakfast. 2. Suffocating rooms 3. Lift doesn't work properly, don't take a room on top floors 4. Not most of popular TV channels were working You will find much better options near station, total disappointment from OYO rooms

Absolutely disgusting place. Would have given a negative review if possible. Rooms were not cleaned, no water at times to complete absence of hot water while claiming the opposite. Most terrifying thing was that the Room had a mouse trying to get into our bags at night. Please avoid this hotel near railway station at all costs. Had to shift to another hotel in the morning and other guests there had similar unpleasant experience in Hotel Shalimar

Very pathetic service of staff. Hot water was not available. Smelly washroom and rooms. The price is too high.

The hotel rooms, location, and staff is very good. Tons of hotels around the hotel. 50 meter walk from Chittor Railway station but but the rooms are also amazon forest for insects. You'll find a variety of insects in the room walking over your bed. Amazing view.

Nice place to stay in chittorgarh. Nice hospitality, little bit parking space is there but manageable. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Location is good. easily accessible to main road. Got all basic amenities.
