OYO 14427 Hotel RK Palace

Pathetic Service by even the Hotel Owner himself. Extremely dirty bed sheets and pillows, very smelly and dirt-ridden toilet seats and washrooms. They don't even clean after requesting them several days times for cleaning. The worst hotel experience ever in my life. Owner is very rude and insulting. Before taking the money, he is all polite but after the payment which they take at the time of check-in itself, the owner became very rude and says "Aisa hi ganda rooms aur washrooms milega". No sense of hospitality or customer service. Book this hotel only if you're looking to ruin your stay and your sleep.

I have booked 2 rooms for one night. At the time of check in they shown me bigger rooms, but actually allotted rooms were totally different, small and suffocated. I booked through MMT including breakfast, but they don't have dining space, they provide room service also only one item per person also only once. Towels were very old and holes in it. In the morning I come to know that there is no geyser in the bathroom. After long exercise I get hot water through bucket. After so many follow ups they provide towels and soaps. Cleanliness was very poor lobbies, bathrooms, lift are very bad. No doormat present. From receptionist to general manager Mr. Prem Prakash no one has take care of my problems.

The photos they show on the website or on any of the apps, are fake. The hotel is not very clean. The covers and linen were very dirty. The manager and receptionist were good which helped us to get through the 2-day stay.

bad hotel staff. not helpful for custmer. my booking on agoda. I have paid money. but when am reach at hotel they denied me in check in. so in midnight I found other option. so bad experience.

Resort is one of the best at chittorgarh rooms are clean good food quality cooperative staff, swimming pool. It is best in all aspects to stay.

Right on the ajmer road, near the end of bypass road. Stayed for a night on way to udaipur. Small hotel but gud n clean. Toilets were clean n functional. Rooms were small but ok. Acs were working. But overall ok bcoz rent was cheap <1k. Wud recommend for a halt. The hotel seems to have stopped its affiliation with OYO as they were not accepting oyo bookings. Was asked to book thro MMT of 1598 hotels.

Hotel was good.. We have taken two rooms.... One room is proper, on the other room there is issue with AC... The staff were not able to resolve the issue

Service to good and food quality is to clean and fresh food was also to testy And jaipur to hotel distance was so close and easy all over is to good and great stay nice hotel.
