Hotel Shivam Fort View Chittorgarh

The Rooms are very bad, door locks are unstable, .. Bathroom is dirty.. Broken bucket and mugs provided... The water bottles provided in the room are not sealed, they just fill with regular water and place in the room... No hot water service in the morning... Hotel staff has very bad attitude.. No sense of replacing the damaged items or the items not working.. No body available at the reception to even talk about the problems... They only take money.. And give worst service.. Actually no service

By far my worst hotel experience in all of Rajasthan. The reception is in the second floor which is already a bad start. The lock the gate at 11 and you can't get out from the first floor because the lift simply doesn't work there. The staff were extremely unprofessional and plain rude. The receptionist always treated us with suspicion like we were planning to steal something. Horrible experience overall. 0/10 is the rating. Maybe 0.5/10 because of the proximity to the chittorgarh fort.

We had a booking for a family.....Guest name Mr. Mayuresh Punekar from 21/22 Nov 2024. The staff allotted a room which was supposed to go under maintenance, completely in a bad shape. The staff was absolutely unprofessional. The guest was very upset as they experienced negative vibes all over the hotel and decided to check out. We escalated this matter to the owner Mr. Ashok Tripathi who promised to look into it and to refund the entire payment but is now avoiding and giving his own stories.....absolutely unprofessional. This hotel DOES NOT deserve any kind of star. Would strongly recommend to avoid staying at this hotel rather one can stay in a dormitory but not this hotel.

Staff are very lazy, rude, does not how to behave with customer, room was very dirty, so called padmini suit room, it's just dirty, dusty, sofa and bed with full of dust. Food served without covering it even after telling twice. Tea served without cover , became cold before serving only. Absolutely waste of money. Not recommended for family and not even for single. Padmini suit room is just worst than a normal room of other hotels, don't know why they charge it like suit?? Not worth it.

Before staying please take care of something's , they won't give you bottle sealed pack for seal packed bottle you have to pay, tea is 30/- rupee which was tasteless. Giving 3star review bcoz the owner is decent. However they will force you to review them 5 star review on goggle

I had no reservations in the city arrived early morning seeing the prices online in the range of 1200-1400. But the staff who just wanted to exploit the situation asked me 2500..bargained down to 2000.. He didn't gave me water at first then gave an opened bottle refilled with the RO system they have, and said they the botttles are charded @30 per bottle of you want a new one. Then he didn't provide any soap, shampoo, etc at first.. After asking I was given 1 Clinic plus, 1 oil, and 5 soap. Now let's come to the condition of the rooms, they are awful and dirty.. I am attaching pictures for the reference. They have traditional fluah and not flush tank, so the toilet is dirty.

The worst hotel I have stayed at. Very rude staff, and unclean facilities. Pictures shown do not match the actual rooms. Disgusting place, not maintained at all. The staff started blaming us because someone else checked out and they "thought" they gave them the wrong key.

The rooms were truly horrible. There is no other word other than horrible to describe the rooms. the pillows were very dirty and when we requested for a change, we were given dirty pillows again (twice). the bathrooms were very mediocre. they were dirty but not unusable. there were cobwebs everywhere in the corners. the floor had some dirt on them(most probably lizard faeces). the bedsheets had a lot of stains on them. the extra bed was not comfortable and it led to lack of sleep. the sofas were also dirty. the staff- not much to say as we had little interaction with them. the good part of the room was the fort view. we had a view of the entire fort from the room window. this was the only great thing about the rooms. the exteriors were also quite dirty. I personally and obviously would not recommend staying here.
