Hii everyone..It was my 1st experience with this hotel.there is not hot water. Staff behaviour is too bad. They said they will not provide hot water and giving geyser rod only online booking. Taking advanced payment and block the customer. We have bathed in cold water for two days. Don't visit there...

The hotel was good It had a nice royal theme rooms. Rooms were completely packed due to which the rooms weren't cold. Overall nice hotel nearby the railway station.

Location : The hotel is conveniently located just 2 km from the railway station, close to Chittorgarh Fort and several city temples. Nearby transport services, including auto rickshaws, are readily available. Value for money : We stayed here for just one night, and it was the most affordable option compared to several other hotels we visited in the city. Service quality: The overall service quality was good, with staff readily assisting with everything we needed. The hotel owner provided helpful guidance on nearby attractions. I'm giving a rating of 4 on 5 for service because, despite informing the front desk twice about the hot water issue, we didn't respond back very well. However, the rest of the assistance was very satisfactory.

Very timely service provided by the daughter of the owner on WhatsApp only, I cancelled 2-3 times and always she was very cooperative and humble, a good way to go Miss Vanshika Varlani. Take care The hotel is perfect for families and the station is nearby, The hotel Balaji restaurant is also nearby for good veg food at reasonable prices.

Perfect stay in Chittorgarh, we stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is just 2 km from the fort, room is very clean and the service by Arjun and Sharad is outstanding. Always helpful
