Hotel Pride of Chittor

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and hygienic, which made my stay extremely comfortable. The service was impressively fast, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The staff's behavior was exceptional - they were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to provide a delightful experience for its guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay!

I'm a guide in India. In October 24 I stayed in the hotel with a group. It was nice staying. When I brought a group again in March 25 this hotel became much better than before. It's really the best one in Chittorgarh. Very clean, good staff, very helpful manager and good restaurant.

It is very good hotel. Inside town. Newly build with all facilities. Dining hall excellent and morning breakfast too good. For one day it is very good stay. We stay for a day. Nice experience. |Food quality also good. Vishal mega mark in ground floor added advantage.

I belonging to chittorgarh city has organised a birthday party of one of my family member.... And my and my family's experience for the same was truly amazing... The support of the team members of the restaurant was also amazing and rewarding as well.... My overall experience with the restaurant and it's preparation is very good.... In conclusion I would say the Pride Of Chittorgarh (POC) is a all time arriving destination for a best food and familiar experience

I would strongly recommend ear plugs for weekend stays. The loud noise from party in the restaurant party may make you feel that you are right in the middle of it. It does not appear that rooms are having any kind of sound isolation. The room I was in and the attached bathroom were big but shower sprayed in all directions and hardly usable. Door lock had problems but friendly staff responded quickly and fixed it. Location is good, not too far from the attractions and shopping mall. Hotel has the potential but needs inspection and maintenance to get there. Hope management will read this review and fix the issues.

When checking in we asked if creditcard payment was possible, reception told us it was no problem at all. When checking out it appeared that this meant that we had to pay 12,5% extra taxes on the food bill. We were not very pleased with the fact that they did not inform us about this on forehand. The explanation was that this are government rules and we should have known, they don't have to inform guests. We tried to explain that it would have been a better service if they told us during checking in, but they were not listening to our experience. It's not about the money, but about the lack of service and not willing to listen to our experience.||Interesting part is that after checking out our booking was cancelled. Probably to prevent us writing a bad review. Because Booking did verify if we didn't show up, the booking was activated again. ||Besides that, we felt very uncomfortable when dining in the restaurant. A staff member was secretly making photos and videos of us as we were trying to enjoy our dinner. ||At the restaurant not all meals on the menu were available and the dishes turned out very greasy. The breakfast for 250rp per person was very simple and not much options. ||Our room was modern and spacious, but when flushing the toilet black water was running out of the back of the toilet and by the color of the tiles and the smell you could see this wasn't the first time.

Satisfied with everything and no complaints at all. Food service rooms, location, everything is great. Though I will say not to expect, expect any view through window.

Said one bathroom slipper per room, even though 2 guests. Gave second with much pain. Cleaned the coffee mug with the dirty dusting cloth, right in front of me. No outside food allowed, and the food in the hotel was terrible and toooo slow service. Many items on menu never available. Paneer malai tikka has no malai. No tandoori items for half a day. Charged 80 for 40 rupees MRP cold drink. Housekeeping not done automatically, had to call them and that too they didn't have fresh bedsheets and covers. No one at the entrance to carry luggage, had to carry ourselves. Hot water came after so much time. Terrrribleeeeee SERVICE.
