Rooms not cleaning properly and pls do not pay online money to the hotel because the online money transfer owner accounts owner not do give money easily staff has bargeeing of rooms amt room start from 800 but they said give 700 for room and give me 100 rs for a tea previous month I visit the hotel and I gave him online payment of 2 days and we checking in hotel and then we go to room theri is not proper & un maintain rooms and then we checkout on 1 and half our staff says we can not refund your amt they said your amt goes to our owner aacount and owner of hotel not pickup call and they give my amt after two days & they cut my one day full payment so pls guys very bad experience of this hotel very disgusting hotel my life wrost hotel

The room is in very bad condition, the washroom is the worst, if you call the cleaning staff they will not come, the hotel people do not care at all.

Worst hotel please dont waste your money here. It smells like bathroom Owner is very rude and rooms are very dirty and unhygienic Toilets are broken. Yuck I ran back as soon as I saw the rooms

The worst experience in India after 3 weeks traveling around and staying in places with similar prices. Bad and really old beds, pillows, toilet and everything. Not clean and bad attitude of the staff. No towels, no soap, no toilet paper, no wifi. I really don't understand where the 3 stars come from (maybe because ther is un elevator). Near the bus station. Far away from the fort. Check out at 11am, not flexible, you should pay another day

Worst hotel experience... Blood stains on the bed sheet... no pillow covers and pillows have saliva stains... Hotel looks like brothel... broken and chocked Taps, toilet seat cover doesn't stand upright, you have to hold the seat cover while using it... dustbins are not cleaned and smelly... Behaviour of owner was so rude... I complained to Oyo support...Owner came to my room arguing why I complained... One of the hotel staff was taking videos of other female guests....when asked he run away... Please take serious actions... worst experience ever....

Very worst hotel. No facility available in this hotel. No water , no power back up. Mattresses are very interested comfortable. Double bed condition very bad. No table, chair in the room . TV not working proper. Very bad experience with this hotel. Hotel vinayak palace is better.
