In this price range they are offering a decent deal.. i had complimentary breakfast it was quite good..staff is cooperative and atmosphere is family friendly location is best from fort to main city area everything is nearby

Location is excellent but for room service they only have one single staff and the washrooms are not as per standard and needs complete overhaul. The food is very expensive like half a cup of cold coffee will cost Rs 150.

A lovely property with amenities including a great outdoor bar, parking, a pool, and breakfast and lunch buffets. They sizzled up tandoori chicken on an outdoor grill for dinner one night and wow was it delicious . I very much enjoyed my two-night stay and the helpfulness of staff members. Staff is very welcoming, i reached at 5 in the morning but still they managed to provide a cleand room, hotel is live haveli, feels royal, food is super tasty, specially the coffee, we also enjoyed at the pool in the evening, hotel was very clean and they maintained the hygiene very good. Also the railway station is Just 15 mins from the hotel. I will surely recommend if you ever visit chittorgarh.

Service of this hotel is very very very poorn.....they just want money don't want to give service..... location is also not good .....room are average not value of money...... Very worst service Food manu is also not available in the room same in the restaurant...... I call 6 times between 3 hour for TV power issue resolving but they don't take any small action....

Food: Quality is worst and unhygienic, the water bottle had algae in it. - the gravy preparation had no salt, tasted like stale. - charged 160 for Garlic Naan, size was equal to normal 40 roti and quality too was substandard. Room: Rooms are good but not maintained, we checked in at 1:30PM and it took them till 3:25PM to clean the rooms. - the manager at the desk told us at 2:00 PM that the rooms are ready we went to the room to find beer bottles and dirty laundry here and there. - there was food lying around in the corridor as well. - the cleaner didn't give us the room keys, when asked for he said he will have to get it from the desk. - we told him to get the keys as we wanted to leave to visit the fort, he said he will give the keys in the evening when we return back. what stupidity is this? Swimming pool: it is not functional but just for show. Staff: they just had 1 lady in the restaurant for cleaning, ordering and serving. - she didn't even serve the food and we had to take it ourselves. Food was average, very oily and spicy, needs improvement in hospitality but ambience was good. Services were very slow. Menu was overpriced according to quality and quantity. Buffet meal available

Except for the room, nothing went well. We had the dinner and breakfast booked along with the room, however they asked us to order ala-carte which they failed to serve. We ordered the food 20 minutes before we came to the restaurant and they forgot to serve us chappatis. This place is only for people who like to spend their time in the bar. The breakfast menu only had poha and bread. This place sucks.. the shower wasnt working, the tv was not working, they did not even provide us handwash in bathroom.
