Worst staff behaviour I have ever seen. The staff that was on duty on 10/dec/2023 on 11:30 pm was drunked and was at a very bad behaviour. We have to leave hotel immediately at mid night bcs of his behaviour. His name was Manish.

Food is good and service also good

I had the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel Staff and manger behaviour is not supportive Geyser doesn't work Food is not hygienic and tastes really worst We were 4 people all got food poisoning When we wake up in morning there were cockroaches on floor Don't stay here

I have booked this hotel for me and for one of my Gujarati Female colleague as i was under impression of my previous experiences of 2010 (I was posted in this city and at that time it was a newly built hotel and very good in services run by some Gujarati family) ||||so now talking about the current time the hotel is deteriorated a lot over the period of time. rooms are pretty much decent in size but the quality of linen ans the cleanliness is deteriorated a lot||their famous THALI was not available and the complimentary BF is at worst. No buffet and they offer some ridiculous food in one plate||they dont accept credit card||need urgent improvement. I dont believe how one very good quality hotel could turn like this

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Dirty bathrooms and unhygienic toilet seats. Rooms were smelling bad. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were smelling so bad that you can't even sleep. Room had lot of dust. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. Bed sheets had dirty marks that can't even be explained. Dirty and smelly. On top of this the trains will make so much noice that you can't sleep. Place is dangerous for solo travellers specially women. I never saw such hotel in my whole life. Avoid this place at any cost

Unclean Toilets. Dirty bed sheets. Awefully breakfast and to top it all very I'll mannered staff. We (my mother n me) the room at 4 and informed the manager that we will check out half an hour late the next day. The manager agreeed, the next day he started shouting on the top of his voice. Absolutely hotific experience . While I am a very prolific traveler .

Had spent a night this month. The hotel is located near the railway station, and has most of the amenities expected in a small town. The corridor is spacious, with a workable gym (1st floor), and facilities for car parking and driver's sleeping room (complimentary). Although the hotel has a dining room (restaurant), where breakfast is served, it can not be considered as restaurant in true sense. Next to the hotel, there's a small eatery, where Rajasthani thali is provided at Rs. 100/- per plate, which is worth trying. The hospitality is good and we enjoyed spending a night there.
