Hotel Hari leela fort view palace

I came with my parents. We got fort view room and it was so neat and quite good enough.. we could see fort right from our large window and it was beautiful.we came at around 11pm and the staff made dal chawal for us and that was also quite tasty! They have rooftop restaurant and very well maintained. Overall everything was amazing and fantastic! I will visit again with my family and friends! 5 star to the hotel manager was very welcoming and polite.

Our experience here was truly wonderful! The beautiful rooftop with its breathtaking view of the fort at night was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we ordered met our expectations, often checking if we liked the food. We ordered a soup that wasn't quite to our taste, so we didn't finish it--and to our surprise, they didn't charge us for it, even without us mentioning it! Such thoughtful service is rare. The rooms are affordable and located right in the market area, which was perfect for us as we prefer staying close to the hustle and bustle rather than far from the main attractions. It felt safe and convenient, especially in a new city. Plus, there's sufficient parking available, which added to the convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chittorgarh!

Nice rooms, beautiful interiors, rooftop restaurant with beautiful view. Plus point they are very cooperative. Allowed us to cook food for kids. Also given us extra bedding for 3 people. Best option for stay near fort

Service was great. Downside was the cleanliness of the room. Not very clean and smelled bad.

The hotel has a good view of the fort and their service and food quality is really good. The staff behaviour was cordial and ambience was extremely enjoyable. Great value provided

I booked this hotel 3D2N, Deluxe Room, in Oct'24. Staff were nice and polite but the room experience wasn't up to mark. - Bed was clean, AC was working properly. - Their toilet was super disgusting, lot of hairs clogging at drainer, potty seemed like never wash! Imagine I have to put liquid soap and use my foot to clean the seat cover to be able to sit on it. They don't even completely remove some sticker from potty after installation, I have to remove it myself and clean it. Too disgusting to take picture of it as well. - No exhaust fan in toilet but a huge uncover space instead. - No warm water for shower but manageable as October wasn't cold yet. - TV not working. - No RO water service, only water bottle but it's okay. - If you book a room with breakfast, I suggest you to make a call to order first then go after 20-30 min as it will be freshly make so it's take a little bit of time. - Public parking but staff was helpful to arrange the space. - Fort view from their rooftop was nice. We reached there at late afternoon, it was exhausted to even think about changing hotel. So we managed to complete 3D2N. I don't have high expectation of visiting but never thought it could be this bad. If they could work on the hygiene, they could gain more customers as the location of the hotel is a prime location. Easy access to local market, restaurants, and Chittorgarh fort. I'm not writing this to degrade the hotel, it's my experience during my stay but I hope they take my feedback seriously and work on it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hari Leela Fort View Palace during my visit to Chittorgarh Fort in November, and overall, it was a memorable experience with a few hiccups. The room was good and provided a breathtaking view of the Fort right from the window. This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Additionally, the food was tasty, with a variety of local delicacies that were a treat to the taste buds. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant in the evening. The stunning view of Chittorgarh Fort after sunset is something you wouldn't want to miss. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The room needed a lot of cleaning. Upon arrival, there were spider webs everywhere and the bathroom was not clean. After checking in, I had to call the room service to get it cleaned properly. Another point of concern was the Fort Guide service provided by the hotel. They arranged for an auto-rickshaw driver to guide us, but unfortunately, he wasn't as knowledgeable as a proper guide should be. I would suggest hiring a professional guide for a more informative experience. Overall, Hotel Hari Leela Fort View Palace offers a wonderful stay with some room for improvement. The stunning views and delicious food make it worth considering, as long as they address the cleanliness issues and improve their guide service.
