D.C Hotel

I pre-booked a room for 4 nights at the DC Hotel. I paid in full in advance on my Credit Card. I received an email from the DC Hotel the next day confirming my booking and confirming receipt of payment. I arrived at the hotel on the day of my booking. I was told that they had no rooms. They pointed over the road to another hotel and suggested that I try there. I showed them that I had a confirmed and paid for booking. They didn't care. I was left having to raise a DISPUTE with my Credit Card company to get my money back AND with having to find another hotel without notice. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.

Staff behavior is good but services like hot water is much need in winter.

The hotel owners helped us in a time of need. Well, you may not get the luxury of your home, but one thing that you will get for sure is the whole-hearted service of the attendants. They really pour their heart in every job they do. So, overall a great experience.

This hotel has Very poor And bad facility. Opposite this is a very good hotel Laxmi Palace. Please visit

Decent rooms with no room service,A person has to visit receiption to give orders. Hotel is pretty cheap so its value for money overall.
