Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. I only 2 hours to late in check out , and yet they still charged me for a full day. Once I finally got to the room, things only got worse. Staff bad behaviour and rudely talking. The air conditioner was broken, and no one came to fix it even after multiple complaints. There was no room service available, and the bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience overall. This place does not care about customer service or basic hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really bad food no one attending the reception after giving the package it was as if they didn't even want the money. Gave us one spoon for three people NOT RECOMMENDED

After a disappointing experience at Hotel kirti plaza, we were so relieved to find "Chetak Hotel and Restaurant". The staff here were welcoming, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all necessary facilities in place. The location is convenient, right in the main market near Chittorgarh Junction, which made it easy to get around. The pricing was also very reasonable, offering good value for the quality of service and amenities provided. Overall, a great experience, and we had no issues during our stay. I highly recommend Chetak Hotel for anyone visiting Chittorgarh!

Third class service not cleaning service and 2 hour let exyta pay 24 hour without information bed language use pls dont book

This is the worst hotel i have ever been in please don't book this hotel ever . worst staff always argue with the coustomer talks so rudely with the customer .

Not bokked very bad hotel plesase dont visit this hotel very exapansive and staff not working properly lift is not woking room on 4 th flor near station so much noice all night can't sleep well i advise not book this hotel

Basic hygiene and service must improve

The service there is very bad they don't give you full payment details beforehand first they charge you with room and then they add additional taxes at checkout before mentioning it earlier at the time of booking.And then they argue with you with different reason and start giving excuses
