Castle Narela Lake Resort

The place is beautifully managed, cleaned and family friendly. This is having pool facility with clean water and food facility inside. Location is little offbeat and outskirt, but worth the money. The food quality is okay but taste is not that good. The room door lock was not working and another room's AC as well. Breakfast menu was not having enough verities as per the value of the resort. The room facility was not picking up the call in the night when we called for the AC service. A small suggestion to the resort team, there should be a welcome drink for visitors as per the place and venue.

Beautiful place, my saty was for 1 night and we were 3 adults and 2 kids. Resort was mesmerizing, rooms were clean and spacious.Staff was very polite and helping. Very calm place Food was also very tasty. Castle was very well maintained.

Today we check in the hotel , the room price was 2400/-for per night. We ordered pasta and coffee which costs around 380rs... But during check out they total charged us 3150rs...totally disappointed today. Very bad service.

This is a great resort surrounded by hills near a huge (GOSUNDA) dam. You get AC rooms, green garden, swimming pool, restaurant here. Food service needs to be a little faster. the food tastes good. Food is a little more expensive than usual. The beautiful scenery here makes the mind happy. Good place for spending a peaceful day nd a very beautiful location. Exterior nd interior have so royal vibes. Good food nd nice ambience....

Best for birthday, anniversary parties. Went with my family, friends Everyone loved the location, the food , and the playing area also... You can Aldo take your pets there.

I stayed here one month ago Very bad experience I would suggest never ever go to this place. Rooms are dirty, no staff is listening to you, intercom doesn't work, no facility for hot water in winters, kettles are dirty and smelly. It's like you are on your own at this place. No schedule for anything. You will spend your whole day in fixing the problems here end up spending the day here only. O would never recommend this place yo anyone.

Game Zone, Swimming Pool, Dining Hall, Garden, Rooftop Seatings, Nice Rooms with perfectly comfortable attached toilets bathroom, Parking Space Available, and Gosunda Dam Views from Castle Narela Lake Resort...

It's very good but nearby facilities are not available so you have take all your amenities with you.
