Hotels room was very hygienic. Staff members were very professional and helping. Food was delicious. Best hotel in Chhabra.

DISAPPOINTED Worst staff behaviour. Staff didn't listen to us even after calling them for 3 times. First of all the water jug wasn't clean,is was full of dust so we asked the waiter to replace it but he started making excuses. After that we ordered tandoori paneer tikka in starter,they just left paneer tikka on our table without any cutlery,despite asking them for plates for many times they didn't listen to us. After 15 mins. When we created a ruckus there,the person sitting on reception came and told the waiters to remove the paneer tikka and serve it hot and fresh again.After having dinner during payment we asked the receptionist about the behaviour of his staff, he started blaming us that you people didn't understand how much crowd is there blah blah. I asked him if people won't come here then how will you people get your livelihood. Only word to say...Disappointed

Decent rooms with decent food. Not expected such a property around this area. It has a good parking area and is good for a family stay.

Staff not good.. Room was not ready during check in Floor was dirty Manager need to learn many things Food was good Restaurant was ok TV was not working Washroom was dirty

Nice place for marriage function,all facilities available On the rooftop there is resturant,u can celebrate birthday parties, nice tasty food, service is perfect

Singhvi palace is sach a nice palace there is all type of facilities available, the atmosphere is good. This palace is very well for marriage function, b'day party and many more.

Staff of hotel are very polite in nature and a very good service and everything is soo good and relaxing in room its the best service after seeing so much of hotels this is the best hotel for staying try once
