I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and spotless -- clearly maintained with great care. One of the standout features was the vast open area around the property, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Cleanliness and comfort were clearly a priority here. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The disappointing experience at Arilyas resort & spa: I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and was left underwhelmed. While the surroundings offered a serene atmosphere with various bird species, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The sole bright spot was Kanaram, one of the servers, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. However, we were amazed to see him working from morning till late midnight, but hope he's being fairly treated by the owners. However, the hotel's remote location, far from the main city, made it difficult to explore without a vehicle. The food quality was also subpar, with dishes tasting identical due to the reuse of the same gravy. Furthermore, our experience was tainted by the use of expired products, including cold drinks, which continued even after we brought it to their attention. The management's response to our concerns was disappointing, lacking a customer-centric approach. The prices were exorbitant, surpassing those of hotels in the area. Considering these factors, I would advise caution when traveling with family, as the hotel's isolation and unhelpful staff may cause inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this resort due to its numerous shortcomings. Cons: Remote location, poor food quality, expired products, unhelpful management, exorbitant prices, cleanliness and hygiene issues.

This resort was a nightmare. The rooms were filthy, with cobwebs and dust everywhere. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. The food was bland and overpriced, and the pool was dirty. Overall, the experience was dreadful, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone."

If it was possible for me to leave a negative review to this place I would. I booked this place seeing the pictures but the pictures don't tell the shoddy service and the rude owner Sakshi. My kids and I were served stale food which caused severe food poisoning for all of us and we could not get out of the rooms for the whole day with stomach upset. When we complained and wanted to check-out early on Day 1 of our 3 N booking, the owner Sakshi was rude and threatened us that she will file police complaints against me and my family over Whatsapp. Despite us not getting any refund and having all our travel plans getting upset because of their poor service, the owner even wanted to charge us for 2 water bottles that were complementary. Our holiday weekend was ruined thanks to this horrible resort. My kids and I are still recovering from the food poisoning they caused us. Also, their resort is far away from the main market area and they falsely claim that it is just 2 km away but in essence it is more than 4km away and there is NO cab service in the area. Future visitors, beware.

Stay at Arilyas was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The breathtaking views, coupled with the symphony of chirping birds and rustling leaves, made every moment unforgettable. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend with the natural surroundings while providing modern comforts. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The activities were a highlight--be it nature walks, birdwatching, or simply lounging by the beautifully maintained pool. The locally inspired cuisine was a treat, offering fresh and delicious meals that added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat to rejuvenate your mind and soul, Arilyas is the ideal choice. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone seeking tranquility.

A nice place not so far from pushkar town. Rooms are spacious but need to be maintained better since there were ants in the room. The staff was courteous but untrained, and management was friendly but curt in their response. The primary issue orginated from the order delays and lack of transparency in the room order bills. Baby food, mainly carrot puree, was charged ~300rs and we realised only during final bill. A nice place with potential to be a good holiday getaway, if management can really step up and improve on the hospitality services and be more courteous during customer interaction.

Ariyas Resort and Spa - A Memorable Stay Our experience at Ariyas Resort and Spa was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service. The host, Sakshi, stood out with her warmth and attentiveness. She went above and beyond, calling multiple times to ensure our journey was smooth and that we arrived comfortably. The resort itself exudes a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, with neat and tidy arrangements, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The food was nothing short of amazing, offering a variety of flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. Despite our late check-in, the process was seamless and efficient, all thanks to Sakshi's promptness and dedication. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful, ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable. Overall, Ariyas Resort and Spa provided a wonderful experience, and Sakshi's exceptional hospitality truly made it unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We were a group of 11 adults and three babies, booked resort directly with Sakshi (owner , along with her brother Ranveer). She was very responsive during our calls. Upon our arrival, we found the property to be quiet, beautiful, featuring appealing tent accommodations, a large lawn, and a swimming pool. Upon arrival, Ranveer greeted us and provided his contact number, informing us that the telecom service was working. He encouraged us to call him anytime for assistance regarding kitchen services, room service, internet, etc., and mentioned that our rooms had been upgraded. However, after checking in, our experience took a turn. Here's a summary of the issues we faced: 1. Although the property is advertised as Arilyas Resort and Spa, the spa facilities were not operational, which was not disclosed by Sakshi during the booking process. 2. There is no intercom service available, so we had to go to the kitchen or reception in person or call multiple times for assistance for even smallest of things. 3. Food needed to be ordered well in advance to arrive on time, and there was minimal staff available, making it strange to have to call the owners just to request a glass of water. No separate numbers for kitchen, reception, room service etc is available. Only one person attended to all rooms, resulting in delayed or missed orders 4. The rooms had dirty bedsheets and stained curtains. On requesting changing, Sakshi claimed the bed sheet stains were permanent but reassured us they were clean. Fortunately, we had brought our own bedding for the baby. 5. The rooms were infested with spiders and linen bugs on curtains and , I noticed at least 80 ants in the room, even on my bed, which I had to keep brushing away to ensure my seven-month-old's safety. This was because entrance of the main glass door was not properly sealed in any of the rooms, allowing insects, mosquitoes, and even reptiles to enter. 4. The kettle in each room was dirty, and no tea/coffee kits were provided. 5. The bathroom towels were old and worn, and did not appear white, no toothbrush kit was provided. 6. There were lizard droppings on the couch. 7. THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART: Upon checkout, Sakshi presented a miscellaneous bill (including food) for 45,000 INR, which included breakfast items that were already part of our package, along with charges for items we did not order. Despite our repeated requests, she refused to remove these charges. Her demeanor during checkout was unacceptable; she was loud, rude, and dismissively remarked, "I'm not running a dharamshala." We had already paid a total of 1.3 lakhs, an amount far exceeding what one would pay at a Dharamshala. We were charged 375 INR plus taxes for boiling a carrot for our seven-month-old, 185 INR plus taxes for two boiled eggs, and 195 INR plus taxes for four pieces of white bread. We were charged separately for breakfast items, despite them being included in our original agreement. While I don't mind paying higher prices for excellent service, the need to walk to reception for everything made the charges seem unreasonable. We were even billed for items we did not order. I repeatedly asked for a signed physical bill for the food, but she refused. After an extensive two-hour discussion, she finally provided the food bill. They seemingly avoid getting a signed service or food bill after every transaction so they can add fraudulent expenses at checkout. Ranveer was somewhat attentive and assisted us with our shrine visit to Ajmer. In summary, the owner, Sakshi, significantly marred our experience. She showed little willingness to accept feedback or modify our bill. Although she pretended to be friendly and accommodating, her true attitude was quite the opposite. We strongly advise you to avoid this place for your own peace of mind and well-being during your vacation. The property has great potential, but it suffers from poor maintenance, inadequate staff, lack of transparency in billing, and decent hospitality.
