Hotel Rajmahal Palace - Kanota Hotels (Near Bisalpur Dam)

Had one of the best new year's experiences here. The entire staff from the moment they welcomed us till the time we departed was nothing short of amazing. The entire place had a great vibe. The food was lip-smacking and despite us being super late to have new year dinner they ensured that they stayed up and made fresh chapatis when we sat down to eat. Even if I try to I can't think of any issue with their hospitality no matter how hard I try to think. Keep it up fuys, kudos to ya'll

It's a hidden treasure in a remote village. The food is excellent nothing short than home made food. Food is prepared on demand and it's really fresh and tasty. All the staff and manager were courteous. The palace is surrounded with mountains and river. Though water level in the river was low in October. Also mind that it in the remote areas we coexist with insects and small animals like monkeys, dogs incl lizards. If someone is faint hearted with lizards, need to give it a second thought. Rooms and toilets are very spacious with lots of space to walk around the property. Also the lawns are very nice. Overall it's an excellent experience to spend some time in countryside in a palace. Make sure that you have enough company as there is nothing much to do. Views are breathtaking. Their pet dog, Gabbar, was a nice company though.

Resort's amenities and facilities were up to mark .Devendera , Manager there was very courtesy and meticulously in his work. The lush green garden and vicinity was neat and clean making it kid friendly .The river view from the resort was gave an picturesque view . Had an amazing time there with Family. |Do meet their lovely pet Dog named Gabbar.

This Heritage hotel is simply wonderful, like being in a fairy tail, house of Maharaja in the heart of real India, far from touristic chaotic places.|Staff kind and supporting in every moment. |Ask everything you will be satisfied. If you are searching a place where to relax and enjoy beautiful gardens, rooms and river this must be your choice!

If you are looking for friends or family gateway, this is one amazing place. The location is next to heaven, sweet lake with trekking mountain what else one could wish for. Since the place is a typical Rajasthani area, food is great too. I may assume it's good for non vegetarians as well.

I'll start with the property, if you are retrophiliac then this place is for you, absolutely quaint and quiet. Although, you will not find a written food menu there but whatever the options they have are deliciously cooked, especially the chicken curry we had. You can get breakfast like poha or eggs and Rajasthani cuisine like gatta masala. The Bisalpur Dam is just half an hour away from the palace, you can enjoy your evenings there and boat ride too. Since there isn't much to do nearby, it is excellent for short vacations of up to three days.|I personally loved the place as it gave me all that nostalgic vibe which I always seek, the river is just adjacent to the palace so you will have a good look from the garden. There are a certain things that might upset you are the routes and roads to reach the palace but again it is in the village area so you cannot expect much. I feel the property should have some more amenities like bathtubs as the bathrooms are fine in the size, menu cards would be convenient to order food and the biggest- swimming pool would make it a perfect staycation. |I will visit the palace again in the rainy days and I would suggest you also to visit once at least.
