Worst experience. No service quality, staff is unprofessional. No bellboy provided even after several reminders. My all guests who stayed for attending marriage had to carry their own luggage to their rooms. And rooms are also not good. If you are planning to book suite or executive room then it is worth otherwise its waste of money. Location and ambience is good. Overall experience is not worth it.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Mansingh Palace in Jhalawar. During my stay, my family and I were stuck in the lift for 45 minutes, which was a highly distressing situation. What made it worse was the complete lack of urgency or concern from the hotel management. Despite being in a potentially dangerous situation, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue promptly. The manager, in particular, was unhelpful and indifferent, offering no apology or even a clear explanation about what had gone wrong. The lack of response and accountability from the management was unacceptable, especially considering the safety risks involved. It's clear that the hotel either does not maintain its facilities properly or does not have protocols in place for handling emergencies effectively. As a guest, I expected at least some level of care and attention, but unfortunately, this experience left me feeling neglected and frustrated. In addition to the lift incident, the overall management of the hotel seemed lacking. This experience has made me seriously question the quality of service at Mansingh Palace, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here until they address these serious issues.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The check-in process was painfully slow, with unhelpful staff who seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. When I finally got to my room, it was filthy--stained sheets, a foul odor, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and when I complained in person, the manager was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing the issues. The so-called amenities were a joke: the pool was closed without notice, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the complimentary breakfast was chaos with no food left and staff who couldn't care less. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. Avoid this place at all costs!

It was a very bad experience for us we are attending a wedding on 2 Dec 2024 and we were 8 people in lift including my parents lift got stuck for 45 mins staff don't have keys . No proper staff was available at that time staff don't know how to open it . It was claustrophobic inside, after this incident hotel staff was like koi baat nhi they dont even feeling sry . I make sure my family and friends will never visit maansighn palace again ( naam bada or Dharshan chota ) very bad management

Had a great time with friends in a wedding. Very beautiful atmosphere and climate. Enjoyed a lot.

Spacious and tidy rooms . Food was also delicious limited variety staff behaviour was humble

Manager is so egoistic and he don't know how to talk to a customer.my parents got stuck in lift today for 30 mins . When I spoked to manager about this he is like lift ka jo bhi open hona ka kharacha hua hai dena hoga and very arrogant 20-20 hazaar ki nakauri krke aukaat dikha rhe the The only reason for not choosing this place ever again is staff Train them Replace them Or this hotel will shut one day bcoz of staff only

I am very disappointed today last 6 years coming from Ramganjmandi Service was not satisfactory there was no taste in vegitable and the chapati was so cold told to the waiter he was not excepting their fault he blame to us it can't be possible today we decided will not come again
