Excellent stay, manager was faultless||Booked the king suite with balcony. Great room, nicely decorated, and very sorry when windows open. ||Building is beautiful, a real step back in time. Would love to have found out more about the history. ||Manager extremely attentive, very helpful. Arranged, at low cost, tuktuk from and to stations at beginning and end of stay. ||Food was fabulous, and adaptable to tastes. Competitively priced again; for two people paid a little under 1300 eps for 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner, and one light lunch. ||Will definitely return again, if visiting the area.

If you are on a budget, this is a clean comfortable place to spend the night. However, do know that there are a lot of steep stairs, and the rooms are dark. The only windows open up to the center courtyard. The bedding had a musty smell, and the sheets were like sandpaper. I was actually afraid to take a shower. It reminds me very much of a youth hostel. The hospitality is first rate and so was the thali dinner. Breakfast is not included in the price. We paid 140 rupees for four pieces of toast with butter and jam.

This place is a gold mine in the old city.||The atmosphere is so unique and authentic. We're back hundreds of years in the past.||You'll feel comfortable and warmly welcome by the owner. Who puts its heart to make you feel good. His company brings something peaceful to the place.||If you go to Bikaner, you must go here without hesitation!

The great building by itself with painted rooms interior. It's situated in the calm location. The "chai" (tea with milk) is delicious Most of the rooms are very small and only have one big bed option. Our was on the roof with terrace that gives you privacy but it was very hot at night and bathroom was detached from room

Place to stay in Bikaner! It's has a soul it has a home feeling! Amazing facility looking like and old palace - service here was exceptional! Make sure to order dinner - it was the best food I had in India!

One of the beautiful places to stay, it will take you back in time. Be it stairs walls or rooms everything is beautiful and will give you good vibes. The food is so damn delicious and so is the service. Mr. Bilal is not just amazing while hosting he will help you anytime just have to ask.

We arrived late in the evening, the host was very welcoming and helped us through messages to understand how to best come to the Haveli. When we arrived they were super welcoming and upgraded us to a better room. Throughout our stay we had good conversations with the host and learned more about their culture. Both breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed at the Haveli. A unique aspect was that the hosts truly tried to help and advise us on how we could get to the highlights in the most cost effective way. You could really notice their joy is coming from giving people a good stay, not of making the most money out of their guests. The Haveli is beautiful itself and it was great to stay at such an historic building with all the small stairs and cute places to sit. We will definitely be back.
