This hotel is located near the Bikaner Railway Station inside the street. The rooms in this hotel are quite spacious with a small sofa and cupboard. You can order room service. The food quality is good. The hotel also has a restaurant and a conference room for the meetings. The tariffs of the rooms are also moderate.

Best place to stay near railway station. Value for money. Staff is very suppprtive

Best hotel in bikaner. Staff and room service is on time. Food is also very delicious. Rooms are tidy and clean. I broke my phone while , travelling to bikaner the hotel manager helped me and got repaired. It was my first tour to bikaner, came here for medical treatment. Came in this hotel and they treated my problem as their own and also told me about history and roots of bikaner.

Not a great location very congested

Average hotel! Rooms are not clean. There's hot water problem. On top of that, it ain't cheap. Food is blah! If you are looking for good hotels, this ain't it.

- What you see outside is completely different inside. They should spend on renovation and new furnitures. - Staff is very bad, multiple times they tried to open the room's door directly without asking/knocking the door. - Bathroom was stinking and had leakage at the bottom of the basin. - After providing such a bad service, still they ask for 5 rating while you check out and say "Give only 5 rating or else do not give rating". Big NO to this hotel.

Denied check in due to electrical fault. They informed me after check in timings. Avoid booking this property.

We visited this property during last Diwali and had a very Good Stay, we booked through Oyo. All the staffs are Helpful. Enjoyed staying here 2nights. Though this is a old property but well maintained, small rooms but neat and clean.
