OYO 16162 Babu Palace

This is the worst hotel that I've stayed in my Rajasthan trip. At first the hotel is outside the city of Bikaner and at night if you go out to take some fruits or something else, you will be frightened because the streets are dark. Secondly, the staffs are not good they do not know how to talk nicely, during my stay there was no electricity for more than 2 hours,around 4.30 the electricity went off and then during 6.00 one of the staffs came and said that "hum logo ko pata hi nhi chala", then we asked them whether they had a generator or not and they said yes we have a generator,they took 45 minutes to turn on in the generator. They washroom is yucky, when I first entered into the hotel room and went to check the washroom there was poop in the komot, the taps are leaky, the pipes are leaky as well. We asked for a two double bed room, but they provide us with one double bed and another matress in which only one person can sleep that too not peacefully. I'll highly recommend not to come to this hotel

Unfortunately, we had to stay in this hotel. Decent rooms but very slow service. We had to tell them same things multiple times. AC, TV remotes were missing. TV wasn't working. Getting auto from this hotel is difficult since the location is inconvenient.

Very well mentioned and good property. Room also very clean and comfortable. Food is also very good and very better taste. I am recommend all the tourist and friends.

Main disadvantage is it is located in a very odd place. The bedsheet, blankets and the pillow cover was not clean. Overall there are better hotels nearby. Autodrivers and cab drivers will take you there but it is better to be strict and avoid this hotel. Lift was working fine. Not very far from station but location wise I will not recommend. Behavior of staff was good.

This is finest hotel in Bikaner in my point of view as I am a civil engineer. I liked the architecture of this hotel. Interior is very good. The reception ceiling is beautiful. My room is nice and the ceiling is painted. I found that this hotel due to beautiful architecture. The staff are friendly. It is nearer to railway station. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night in February, 2015. The hotel is well-equipped hotel with AC. Restaurant is very good with special Rajasthani food. I ordered Rajasthani Thali and it is very good. Service is excellent. My next visit I prefer this hotel only.||<< Less

We stayed for a night at Babu Palace with my family. The place is close to railway station. Don't expect fancy hotel - however it had all basic requirements. Clean place, clean sheets, hot water for shower. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I asked them multiple times to help with filling up drinking water in my water bottles - they obliged. The restaurant is downstairs - I didn't like the food (though it could be my personal preference). If you want clean, safe stay for affordable price, go for this!

Experience is very bad .. service is also not good .. and the cost of food is high but quality is low.. bathroom and rooms smell too much.. location is also bad ...worst experience ..
