Maharaja Ganga Mahal

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The rooms were big and cozy. Service was also excellent. The staff was courteous and the food was tasty. The only minus was the food price, which I felt was too high. Overall a good Experience.

Great hotel, very atmospheric and grandly old fashioned. Nice room overlooking the pool, clean and a good size. Dinner and breakfast were Buffet and had a good selection. The staff were really helpful especially as we had several power cuts, which we are not used to but they obviously were

I stayed one night at Maharaja Ganga Mahal during my recent Bikaner Green Hydrogen and Ammonia plant visit. The property offers a heritage charm with its royal Rajasthani architecture and peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious and clean, with traditional decor reflecting the regal past. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The in-house restaurant served decent food with a mix of local and standard options; nothing extraordinary but good enough for a business trip. The overall environment was calm, ideal for unwinding after a long day of work. While the property retains its old-world charm, a few modern upgrades in amenities could enhance the experience. Nevertheless, it's a good choice for a short stay, especially if you want a taste of Bikaner's heritage without compromising on basic comforts.

The hotel was clean and the garden maintained. The place is crowded with antiques of every kind which will attract many even two vintage classic cars. Food was average. Language is a bit of a problem and getting something understood was a bit difficult.

The room is old and unprepared. No towel, slippers. Hot water for showering was unable to use. Some staff were good and helpful, but some were too aggressive that made us felt a bit uncomfortable to stay for a night here.

Have visited the hotel around ten times since 2022. Amazing ambience/decor, especially by night, British/colonial theme. Food is good. Service/hospitality is very good. Location is good. Cannot comment about the rooms since have never stayed there.

Hotel ambience is good but staff and organiser are not very cordial. Menu and availability of liquor is not matched. Display of dewars but not available.

We faced horrible lust and service experience from their bar at 9:30 pm tonight we ordered Bacardi they said not available and directed us to order some other expensive drinks & when we placed tandoori mashroom dish starters they said not available we switched for tandoori aalu they said not available finally we were forced to leave without dinner with their stubborn and bad professional behaviour
