It was very pleasant to stay at this place. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Unprofessional service, safety issue and poor hygiene 1) before our stay, the owner asked for an extra payment outside the official booking channels, contrarily to the room conditions. 2) terrible hygiene. We found food and a cockroach in a drawer and another cockroach in the bathroom. 3) the night we stayed here, there was a party in the lounge on the ground floor. We were reassured that it would have finished around 10 pm, but it went on past half past midnight, with lots of noise. 4) safety issue: at least twice someone tried to enter our room during the night, which is obviously not acceptable. 5) breakfast was included in our room conditions, so in the evening we agreed on breakfast time and menu for the next day, but at the agreed time there was no breakfast set for us and no one around (only food leftovers, garbage everywhere and a guy sleeping in the lounge. Not surprising that then cockroaches are around in this situation). We waited 40 minutes more and tried to call and write, but there was no reply. 6) the owner had granted a place to sleep in the hotel to our driver, but then they did not give him a room for hours and in the end he had to sleep in the car. This was a serious safety issue for us and for him, given that we had a 7 hour car ride ahead of us the next morning and therefore he needed to rest. 7) the owner initially agreed to give us a reimbursement given all the above, we had interactions on how to arrange it and then he stopped replying. More than 2 months have passed now and we are still waiting.
